The media could not be loaded. I previously used a manual ProPress and man it I spent hours trying to press the fittings due to how tight the space is. After everything the fittings leaked and I was extremely disappointed however, I thought it was because I didn't have enough clearance so I bought another set of fittings and pressed them before placing them on my pipes. It still leaked! So I decided to get this hoping it would work. Shipping arrived on time, everything was inside the included hard case which makes traveling with this really easy and convenient, and more importantly it works! I love how simple it is to exchange the press jaws, I love how this uses Makitta batteries since I have a lot of them already, and I love how relatively lightweight this is. Opening the jaws are really simple and smooth and overall operating this is extremely easy. It takes about 6 seconds to have the fitting properly pressed and I there's a display to show you how many fittings you have pressed. I highly recommend this and if you were considering it, you won't be disappointed.

This tool exceeded my expectations! It is the greatest invention I have used so far. It does nice clean crimping connection, no biting into the connector. .. as I experienced and seemed from other brands. It's not terribly heavy considering the work the tool does. I don't want to solder anymore!! As of now (9-18-25) I have 106 presses done, and with every each work new findings about possibilities and limits of the propres tool. I forgot today to compress one fitting (1" diameter) and found out about that once the water pressure was being restored. I faced 2 options, shut down water and drain it again or try to finish the press despite the connecting leaking......., simply I tried to press it, and bingo water stopped leaking. Additional hints The press jaw from the top of the tip need at least ¾ clearance from any object (drywall/ wood beam, etc.) when it's installed on the fitting and ready to press. The tool fits in majority of the normal water pipe installation. If assembling two water lines at the same time or too intertwined water pipes, think before you press, because you may block yourself to continue successfully pressing. Where the space is to small to press all connection at once.. one by one,step by step....you may rather try to preassemble (prress it together) before the final water pipe assemblies. Also I'm very happy that I purchased the pivoting press ring kit, that helps a lot when the toll itself is too bulky and cant fit. Another finding is that at certain situations, where space for water pipes is extremely scarce you will do need to use the traditional soldering. One more finding, if you have a very sharp and good quality cooper pipe cutter you don't need to do any trimming at all, which sites up the process a lot! Once again, I don't want to solder anymore if I don't have to!

Fantastic! product, works as intended, used 1/2in and 1" jaws for a RO system. Saves a lot of time, easy to use, and does the same thing as rigid for faction of the price. so far one week into the RO filter project. I used it on the following fittings from legend 1" valves, blue fin 1/2 in valve, JW 1" fittings. tip* make sure your fittings are pushed in, all the way for a leak free job and inspect all fittings for o rings as well.

I pressed about 400x so far with no issues. The milwaukee m12 jaws fit perfectly on it also. I use the 3/4 and 1 inch mega press jaws for gas pipe and it works no problem. You can tell when the battery is getting low it slows down a bit but it wont even try to press if it notices it doesn't have enough power, so your not left half way through on a press needing to swap batteries. Edit: Im up to 850 presses so far, no issues.

when it clamps the fitting it jams on the fitting and you have to pry it off. it happens 80% of time. Then it does not fully clamp the fitting and you have to repress it. you Have to go back and look days later if there is a leak.

Being a plumber for over 23 years. I had a Milwaukee pro press and unfortunately it got stolen and I needed a replacement but didn’t have the 2500. I opted to try this for 800 and it hasn’t disappointed me. Works great
