I’m still learning how to properly use this. It always takes me a minute to make sure I’m doing it properly. So far so good. I found that a splash of water mixed with the paint makes for a super smooth finish. It doesn’t take away from the sheen or color. The sprayer is user friendly and comfortable to hold, even for extended periods. I’m able to cover quite a bit of surface area with the reservoir size. I do make sure to wash it out incredibly well after use to prevent clogs and issues. This has served me well so far.

A little intimidating for beginners but pretty good quality and a lot easier to use than I expected. Fairly good instructions. Works great - nice even coverage & exponentially faster than a brush and/or roller. Pretty comfortable in the hand. Easy trigger. The cup is a pretty good medium size/volume. Paint cleanup is always a pain but it’s not really hard to take apart and I appreciate the included cleaning brush. Comes with a good assortment of nozzles. Really good residential electric paint gun - I recommend.

I painted a room with this in about a third of the time it would have taken me with a brush and a roller. The clean up sucks but it's no different than with any other sprayer. I think it's a good value for the money!

I needed to paint the window frames on my house and this made short work of the process. This is just a basic, plug-in sprayer, but it worked great.

Like it says, HVLP means high volume (and low pressure), so it's nice for covering large areas. It's really great how it's self contained and doesn't require an external air compressor. It feels pretty powerful. I think it's probably better for painting things like a house or fence, and way better than using a brush or roller. It didn't really produce an ultra-fine mist, but it's also designed for less overspray, and a find mist would blow away in the wind much easier. I had been looking for something that's better suited for applying fine finishes to guitars, and a smaller gun might be more suitable for that kind of detail. This is still awesome to have and now that I'm thinking about it, it might also be good for applying larger amounts of clear coat which will be sanded and buffed anyway. I can't wait to try it out on some projects. I didn't quite give it 5 stars however, I thought the instructions were not the best. There are accessories that are not explained and they are lower quality. For instance the safety glasses really impeded my vision and I probably will use a different pair that I can see through better. There's an adjustment knob on the trigger and I think it's for controlling the volume and the blower attachment isn't mentioned, but referring to the product page also helped explain that, it's for prep and blowing off dust and dirt. There's an exploded view in the instructions, and none of the numbers matched up with the descriptions. I think with some practice, one could obtain pretty good results, but it just didn't seem like a top-of-the-line spray gun kit. The price does correspond to the quality pretty well, so I am happy with it. Thanks for letting me try this out.

I wanted to use this to apply water proofing for our fences. For that job, it was great. I'll update this review after I paint the garage door (somewhere down the line) or any other paint jobs. Well see how long it last, but for now I like it. 5 Stars
