I bought this to cut a 23" culvert metal pipe. I could not cut around the whole thing with a full charge. It only held a charge for about 10 minutes. Then it took a few hours to charge again. I tried doing the same cut took on another section of pipe and it took me a full charge and 2 partial charges. to finish up the job. I know it's a safety feature to stop when the cutting disc binds, but it did it a little too often. I got the job done so I'll five it that. I also tried it to cut brick. Didn't do so well. I then just did all the cuts with a corded angle grinder that really worked well. I only got it for this job and the job is done and I probably won't use it again. Mainly because of the battery short life and length it takes to charge. The other would be it just wasn't that powerful from what I'm use to with a corded version. ... show more

The grinder comes in a nice plastic tool box, complete with an assortment of cutoff and grinding disks. Also included is a screw-in handle and wrench for tightening the disk holder. Missing is any kind of safety equipment so be sure to bring your own safety goggles. The grinder is *LOUD* so better bring ear protection as well. The battery came pre-charged. I put it on the charger and within five minutes the charging indicator turned green indicating a full charge. I used the grinder to sharpen a set of lawn mower blades and it did fine. Plenty of power but I did not test how long it would run on a single charge. Once the disk guard and handle are attached, the grinder will not fit back into the foam rubber that comes in the tool box. However, once I pitched the foam and removed the screw-in handle, I was able to stuff everything back in the box. The grinder feels pretty good in the hand and is on par with my corded grinder from Harbor Freight. If you are not a fan of Chinese power tools, I'd give this a pass, but if you are low on funds or have a particular use for an inexpensive grinder (I will be mounting this in a mower blade sharpener jig), then its an OK tool. ... show more

If you've priced an angle grinder, you know that even a corded one will usually cost a lot more than this. This is very solid but well balanced and easy to hold and use. Comes with a nice selection of cutting discs, and everything fits in the nice, solid case. Definitely a bargain at this price point. ... show more

I have 4 corded angle grinders, and this may replace them all. it's just such a hassle to connect to power, especially at the typical locations where I need the angle grinder. it's usually at a place or a time (or both) where I really don't want to have to fish an extension cord to an outlet. I just used this to cut some galv plumbing pipes in my attic because the threads are 30+ years old and seized up. this make really quick work of it! ... show more

I have a corded 120v 11000 RPM Skill angle grinder and it works real well, but I felt that it would be useful to have a cordless angle grinder. I got the 9000 RPM COMOWARE cordless 20v angle grinder and I was immediately impressed seeing the nice case it came in with cutting and grind wheels. This is a good quality grinder and should get the job done. The COMOWARE with cutting wheel did a nice job of cutting an aluminum channel that I was making to support an outdoor light. I cut a piece of 3/4” black iron pipe with the cutting wheel and again it did the job. With the grinding wheel on, it did a good job when sharpening lawnmower blades. The operating manual in English language was sufficient but not as good as the one that came with my Skill grinder. I do not know what languages the cutting and grind wheels have on them, but I know how to use them, they met an EN Standard, and they worked well. The rigid plastic case is nice, but I prefer using a tool bag. The case is not long enough to put the grinder with a wheel on it or the battery attached. I just have to remove the wheel and battery when putting the grinder away in the case. The 20v lithium battery charges up quick and works well. I believe that the battery and charger are 20v Rigid tool battery knockoffs and they are probably the same battery as the 21v “BeHappy” tool brand. I plan to get a backup battery, even though I will probably not need one. ... show more

I am really starting to like a lot of these so-called offbrand tools, and such as many have turned out to be great just like this one basically with the new lithium battery technology out right now it’s pretty much all the same across-the-board from the big name brands to the smallest so now many of the smaller companies are making tools nearly just as good as the big guys but at a quarter of the price For many things I would highly recommend going the route of these cheaper offbrand sets especially if you’re just a part-time user or maybe a weekend DIY project person now if you are a daily heavy user of most tools, like say a mechanic, I would probably recommend going with the big guys simply for the warranty alone but regardless, his tools, great lots of power great battery life, and he simply just get so much for such a little amount ... show more

Great tool. Nice to have a portable grinder for those small / medium projects that you can't bring to the shop. I've used it to cut granite stone and rebar. Plenty of power to get the job done. Light enough to handle in tight spaces. The battery performed well and I was able to finish the job on one charge. Highly recommend it for your toolkit. ... show more
