If there were a "no star" choice I would check the box. Two months into use the icemaker stopped working and just runs water out of the drain. I've tried resetting it - on/off, unplugging, etc to no avail.

Lots of error codes and needed to reset constantly. This is also not a commercial grade unit, the ice is small and soft. Also came missing screws holding the top and side of unit together.

It makes ice but it melts just as fast as its made. The ice holding container is not insulated at all.
