We replaced our scotsman ice maker with this one. We have had it for 2 months now, and she is going strong. My husband loves it because it makes a ton of ice and he is able to bag it up for his fishing trips. The rest of the family loves it because we use our water bottles all day long. I will say it is a bit loud, so that took a minute to get used to. But for the price compared to what we paid for the scotsman that was always being repaired! Definitely worth it!

It works!! So i went with this one because of the price/lb ratio. The first one they sent me was inoperable, and I was like - oh crap I should have gone with a larger brand. However, the tech support responded very quickly and sent me a new unit within 24 hours, and it arrived fast. I swapped them out and the new unit works great. Ice in 10 minutes, can't wait to wake up with a bin full of 300lbs of ice. Thanks again for the great support, I would highly recommend this company and the product.

Only had this machine 1.5 months. It’s already not working. I did get the Asurion protection…useless. They said it would take 1-2 business days just for a technician to reach out. Asurion submitted my claim for the wrong item as well. Don’t buy this unit and don’t bother with Asurion.

We bought this for our small restaurant, and it does the job. It makes ice quickly and keeps up with our demand. The installation process wasn't hard at all, run the water line and add a drain, that's all. It's a nice size and looks good in the room. Definitely recommend this machine.

I purchased this for my restaurant roughly 6 months ago. I had read a number of negative reviews but still made the purchase. My restaurant serves about 60 customers a day. I provide some water with ice. We also make smoothies with the ice. This ice machine works very well. I have no complaints. The price point is great. It is about 1/3 the cost of what I thought I would have to spend to be satisfied.

We use a ton of ice and this ice maker fits all of our needs. The ice maker we had before this crapped out on us and could not handle our needs. This ice maker has exceeded expectations and makes ice fast! We heard ice dropping within 15 minutes of setting it up. And it was very easy to set up!
