I’ll admit I was nervous about purchasing this for my home. In the summer, we used to purchase a lot of ice on the weekends for pool parties, it seemed we could never buy enough and if we did we ran out of cooler space to store it. Running to the store before a party and worrying about running out of ice was inconvenient and stressful. I reasoned that in a couple of years this would pay for itself, and I’m confident it will. Even if it doesn’t pay for itself I’m glad I have it; it saves time and just feels relaxing and luxurious to have an infinite supply of ice at home. The ice is very clear and of high quality. I waited 3 months before writing a review, just to make sure the machine was solid. So far, its been reliable and wonderful. I hooked up dedicated water/drain lines. I have it set to -6min on ice making timer, since we like thinner ice. If you use custom ice settings and you lose power it will reset to default. This is not a problem, because the menu and buttons are very easy to use. Very pleased with this product, i would recommend to others is they have space and hookups to install. My wife loves it, she is a big ice person and this thing makes tons of ice. We often take bags of ice to church and friends, as well during hurricane power outages we delivered some ice to people in our city who lost power for days.

I purchased this machine for my basement. After installation I was very happy with the product quality and how well it performs. It makes ice very quickly and keeps it well froze in the dispenser. I would recommend this product especially comparing pricing to others.

Makes ice rapidly, however in less than a month it has quit working. Support sent me a video to check water pump, unfortunately in a language I do not understand. They rapidly sent me a new machine and so far it is working great!

My ice machine worked fine. For about 3 months till it stopped working then I tried to get up with service department. What a joke they can't speak English hardly this has been going on for n2 weeks I need a service guy to fix not try to fix it on a PHONE; I'm SO DONE with this crap.
