I needed a new commercial ice machine after my old one broke. The usual brands cost over $4,500 for just the machine, plus another $1,000 for the ice bin. This machine was one-third of that price and even included the bin. I decided to try it, hoping it would last at least a third as long as my previous one. It's a generic brand from China with no official U.S. support, but the price was too good to pass up. Unpacking: The items arrived in just three days. The packaging was excellent—the bin was in a heavy cardboard box, and the machine was in a secure wooden crate. There was very little chance of damage during shipping. I was impressed by the bin. All four sides are stainless steel, the lid closes softly, and the insulation is very thick. My old bin was just thin plastic. This bin alone feels like it's worth much more. Installation: Installation was very easy. Everything needed was included, even a water filter. Unlike my old machine, this one doesn't need to be hardwired; it just uses a standard plug. I spent more time peeling off the protective plastic than I did on the actual setup. Performance & Use: The machine is simple to operate. You just turn it on, and it starts making ice. It produces square cubes and harvests them about every 15 minutes. It took about a day to fill the bin completely. The front LED panel is helpful. It shows the time since the last ice harvest, if the bin is full, and whether the compressor and pump are working. All the installation instructions and troubleshooting info are right on the front panel, along with contact email and phone numbers. I emailed them about buying more water filters and got a quick, polite reply. This made me feel confident that I could get help and parts if needed. Cons (Potential Downsides): · The plastic water hoses and pipes seem thin. I'm not sure how long they will last. · It's a "no-name" brand, which is a little concerning. · Some internal plastic parts, like the water reservoir, could be thicker. Since they are used constantly, their long-term durability is unknown. Conclusion: This ice machine offers exceptional value for its price. The quality is very good, the included bin is excellent, and the customer support seems responsive. So far, I am very pleased with my purchase.

It's been good for almost a month. It's marketed as a commercial ice maker, but it's also perfect for busy summer parties. It makes ice quickly, producing large blocks of ice in just over ten minutes. It can store a whole box of ice in a day. It's stress-free and reliable. Whether it's making large quantities of iced drinks, alcohol, or even sashimi, it's no problem. When I have a lot of kids needing milkshakes and friends needing iced drinks and alcohol, my refrigerator's ice supply is completely insufficient. Going out to the store to buy ice in the summer heat isn't an option. That's where this machine comes in handy. It's not bulky or heavy, and installation wasn't difficult. We easily set it up in the kitchen and secured it. So far, so good. It's that easy.

Got it out of the box, hooked it up, and it will not work. Contacted customer support with the manufacturer, with no response, and contacted Amazon customer support, and they contacted the manufacturer, with no response. Returning

After comparing many commercial ice makers, this one has the highest cost performance. It features professional-grade ice-making capacity, 304 stainless steel material, self-cleaning and filtration systems, yet the price is very affordable. For small and medium-sized merchants who want to improve service quality or families with high demands for living standards, it is definitely a great value for money choice!

The most troublesome thing in the past was cleaning the pipes and waterways inside the ice maker. The self-cleaning function of this machine is simply a savior! With just one click to start, it will automatically clean in a cycle, saving me a lot of manual labor. I own a business that has had a few ice machines over the years so I know something. It is too bad Mojgar is lying about this product because the company support is excellent, and when I explained why their marketing team is way off about the specifications they took it back for a full refund. I contacted Mojgar prior to buying and they answered my technical questions. I purchased here on Amazon, when it arrived, I contacted Mojgar again before opening the boxes because the shipping boxes WERE TINY!! They checked and confirmed I received the 680lbs head and 560lb bin. I had my guy install it and then the problems started. This tiny machine makes maybe 200lbs a day at 75F ambient temperature. We use more that 200lbs a day so we ran out of ice every day. When we had no ice in the bin, I bought 300lbs of ice cubes, only 240 fit in the bin before it was falling out. This did not work for our business and it was returned for a full refund. Review of this as a 200lb ice machine: It runs hard and hot, it throws a lot of heat. The digital ice thickness adjustor on the control panel is slick, it works well and is VERY convenient. There is a small operational problem that every 2nd day or so, a couple cubes would be caught behind the curtain instead of dropping and the machine would fault code that the bin was full, and until those few cube would melt (about 90 minutes) the machine did not produce ice. I gave 2 stars for excellent customer support. As a "680lb" machine, this is a complete failure. If I needed a 200lb machine w/ 240lb bin, 3 stars, without the cubes getting stuck (but they were getting stuck regularly), 5 star. Nice support, but 100% lying about machine and bin capacities.
