Came dented. Setup still. The machine came on for 45 secs then shut off to never come on again. Can’t contact anyone by phone just through messaging through Amazon. Wanted to talk to someone to troubleshoot or try to get the machine working since all setup and their solution is just to send a new one which is fine but geez spent days waiting on it only for it to be setup and not working!!!

I have to admit I was worried about the quality right off the bat. I’ve had it for 10 weeks stop making ice and support has been a nightmare. Spend more money and get one made in the US.
