Description

This commercial-grade Castle Bounce House by Cloud 9 is constructed from 100% PVC vinyl, from its upright pillars and beams to its slide walls. All high- stress areas including the bouncing surface, mattress sides, bottom, and slide are made from industrial strength, 18-ounce (0.55mm) PVC. This (fire retardant and lead-free) puncture-proof PVC material is approximately 5 times stronger than nylon used in lesser-quality units as it won't tear, fade, get moldy, and it is far easier to clean. Additional belting reinforcement is used at key stress points, and heavy-duty, multilayer stitching is used throughout. An impressive 30" tall mattress provides excellent spring force and cushioning that allows for tall leaps and comfortable landings. This bouncer's roof shields children from the sun and features a safety escape hatch to exit in the event deflation occurs during a power failure. The wide, elevated front slide is a safe way to exit this bouncer rather than accidentally bouncing and falling out of the house and onto the ground. Large mesh windows made from rip stop netting won't tear like cheaper mesh and they allow children to be supervised. Zippered flaps allow the bouncer to quickly be deflated and taken down for storage. Includes instructions, repair kit with patches, 4 ounce bottle of glue, and four 12" heavy duty metal ground stakes to secure bouncer to the ground. All materials comply with the Lead Free Toys Act. Always use GCFI-protected receptacles/circuits and take caution to keep blower and power cords in dry locations. Make sure bounce house is secured to the ground prior to use.     • Nicer than expected and easy to manage. Fun!
I’d call this “semi-commercial” quality. You could easily get away with renting this out, but it might not last quite as long as a full-blown commercial quality inflatable. For backyard use it’s more than capable and should last many years with proper care. When it comes in the box all wrapped up it seems smaller than you’d expect and you also have the thought of “Well, I’m never getting this thing folded back up like that again” but it’s actually not that hard to roll this thing up into a neat little bundle. Pay close attention when you unroll it and you’ll see how it goes. Even if you don’t get it as tightly wound as they did you can get very close. The design of the slide/door is a bit awkward for little ones to navigate and they may fall off the side. It’s also easy to slip between the slide and door then you’re headed to the ground. I’d suggest getting a couple pads to put down on each side of the slide to help with falls. Get a powerful blower! This thing has dual blower connections for a reason - it needs air. A weak blower will give you a wrinkly bounce castle and less bounce, which is less fun. 1 strong blower is all you need. We bought a 2+ hp Vevor branded blower that has been plenty strong and inflates in seconds. I wouldn’t want any less power than that. The little yellow blowers that I see recommended don’t seem like they would be strong enough to me. The blower is the backbone of this whole thing, so don’t skimp here! A nice 12 gauge extension cord and a GFCI plug adapter are also needed. I also use a ground tarp to keep the bounce castle off the ground. The included ground stakes have been sufficient. I roll it up then cover it with the tarp and throw it on a little trailer to store it in our garage. I can do all this by myself (M/40s) but it is easier with two people. It has been a big hit with the kids with the only real downside being that this is strictly a fair weather device. You don’t want this thing getting wet and definitely not the blower. There is also a max of about 3 days in summer (possibly less depending on conditions) before you must move the castle to keep from killing the grass underneath. Not a big deal but you’d be surprised how easy it is to forget (ask me how I know). I recommend! ... show more

This bounce house is the same thickness and quality you’d get from the commercial rental, at roughly the cost of three rentals. If you have young kids and the storage space, it’s a no brainer to grab one of these. Do not make the mistake of buying one of the smaller/lighter/cheaper knock off ones. I’ve been to a few parties with those and they’re downright dangerous. If the kids bounce near the edges and fall or bounce on them they’ll fall right through the walls. We’ve had a total of 340 lbs (1 adult - 250 and 2 kids 55lbs and 35lbs) jumping at the same time with one blower and it held the weight capacity completely fine. We had a nylon bounce house prior to this and it held adult weight/multiple children ok (it’d sink in places) but was double the price with far less sturdiness. This is such an awesome purchase.
