This a giant display of bright red lights. They are supposed to conduct some type of healing for your body. Maybe it's me but I'm not sure if the lights are causing any healing or if other exercises (such as stretching) are working for me. So it's difficult for me to rate. Sorry...

20 minutes makes such a difference! I have chronic back pain after 32 years of being a nurse. I am always trying to find new ways to soothe sore muscles and also help to loosen up muscles to get ready for a long shift of bending, lifting, reaching, pushing and pulling heavy patients, carts, beds and wheelchairs. I tried this yesterday before work and I had way less pain during work, and after work I used it and I got such a good night sleep! It is HUGE and has a Velcro belt so you can tie it around your waist and treat your back to a nice, soothing, penetrating heat. It was not hot at all, just a nice warmth. It has a nice wipeable cover over the lights which is great. This is a keeper. I’ll be donating all the other back pads that make me sweat but don’t bring the results this does. Great product!

This red light pad is awesome! It is much more comfortable than trying to navigate a flat panel or mouth a red light bulb and get close enough. It is also huge so it covers a lot of area! Red light smashes muscle pain! I can use it on a very painful pulled muscle and the next morning, the pain is absolutely gone

Update: I've given it another week, and I'm still unable to feel any benefits. I don't know how long it really takes or if it even works as claimed. The one thing I do like is the warmth I feel from the pad. I will give it some more time and update again later. I like that this is a pad. It is in the shape of a heating pad and can be draped over my lower back or wherever I'm treating at the time. This is not as heavy as I thought it would be. I'm not experiencing all of the benefits yet, but I have found it to be relaxing. The pad has been comfortable to use. I love the warmth of the light therapy on my back, leg, and shoulders. I highly recommend that you do not stare at the the lights on the pad without proper eyewear.
