  • Love them & would order again.
Size: 8 Color: Black
So one thing about them, in the description it says there over the knee boots. There really not over the knee boots. There below the knee for sure. I’m 5’5 and they fit below the knee. so there knee high boots. at first I wasn’t sure if to keep them cause I really wanted over the knee high boots , I need my knees to be covered for sure during winter time. Anyways I gave them a try , I ordered a size 8 , I’m a 7.5 but I got it as an 8. They fit me literally like if the shoe was exactly made for me. i was debating about the size and probably wanted a 9. But the 8 worked out fine. So I took them to work and this was around the winter time. My god the boots are thick , the fur is so soft & It’s all over the boot. There comfortable and super warm. Usually the other regular boots aren’t like this one , this one is a winner. Perfect for winter , you don’t feel cold at all on your feet. I love wearing them. Wish they came in different colors as well and also in different lengths like a real over the knee boot. But these are amazing. I would definitely recommend these. I did step out with them in the snow and rain , obviously they would get dirty here and there when walking in the snow , just make sure you wipe them off with a damp cloth , taking out the salt from the boot in winter time. Also I usually would always wear knee high socks with boots and with this one , I didn’t not need them anymore. There perfect 😍 would buy them again in the future for sure. Hope this helps anyone in purchasing this boot. ... show more

  • Love these boots.
Size: 10 Color: Black
Love these boots. Super quality.. They are knee high hitting at the bottom of my knee so look elegant and give protection against the harsh weather. They fit like a glove, just a little snug when the inserts are in but not uncomfortably so. I usually take a 9 1/2 but read the reviews and ordered a 10 which was the right thing to do. They are a little loose around my heel so I might take the inserts out and wear socks which will solve the problem. I am so happy with them. Ive been looking for a replacement for previous favorite boots for a few years. I am 15" around the calf and they fit perfectly. ... show more

  • Beautiful mix of fashion and function
Size: 11 Color: Black
These arrived just as the big snow hit, so they've gotten a good workout on a variety of snow, ice, and slushy surfaces. The lug sole is very stable (no slipping) and the low heels are easy to walk in. Most importantly, these are WARM. The fully fur-lined interior kept my feet warm and dry even after several hours outside. The rear panel stretches to accommodate wider calves or pants tucked into the boots. They look sleek, rising high in front but with a lower back so bending your knees are no problem. This is a very good quality boot with nice leather uppers, tight seams, and well-lined. They stayed water proof (mostly, see below) despite a couple of missteps into deep puddles. The leather didn't get stained or wet and the street grime cleaned off easily with a damp cloth. Highly recommended. So, why 4 stars? These ran small. I ordered up, getting an 11 so I could pair them with some bulky socks for extra warmth. No such luck. Toes went right to the end. They are still comfortable if I limit myself to thin socks or fleece-lined tights (my feet didn't get cold). However, they are too short for longer walks or all-day wear as I had hoped. If a size 12 were offered, I would have exchanged them up. My other gripe is I can't fathom why Comfy Moda (and to be fair, other shoe companies too) would make a beautiful waterproof boot and then NOT put in a waterproof closure. Water leaked in through the zipper on my puddle adventures. Melted ice and snow are a part of winter. Why not keep it out to the height of the boot shaft rather than just the first three inches? ... show more

  • Great for Long Winter Walks through Wales AND Fancy Dinners in London
Size: 8 Color: Black
I wore these for 2 weeks straight on a trip to the UK this Christmas. I bought them on a whim after a previous purchase from a "higher-end" company fell through. These are almost an exact dupe as far as looks go. When I purchased them, I was surprised by how comfortable and warm they were. I walked through several miles of mud, puddles, and rain and never had any leaks! I bought a second pair of shoes for more "formal" outings but found that these boots were suitable for pretty much any occasion. ... show more

  • NO ARCH SUPPORT, CHEAP OUTER SOLE DESIGN, NOT FOR WALKING OR STANDING MANY HOURS
Size: 10 Color: Black
I wanted to like these boots, because I was looking for leather knee-high boots with ARCH SUPPORT for a while now. I thought that if I spend $150-$200 for boots I surely should be able to find quality boots with decent arch support that conform to anatomical foot. Most people, even those with flat feet, do have an arch, however small or high. I have medium to high arch that literally collapsed due to many years of neglect and wearing shoes that do not provide arch support, which caused a lot of pain and problems in my life. These boots look great until you actually put them on. The inner sole is not just flat, it’s constructed in such a way that the middle foot where the arch is literally hangs unsupported in the air. Yet, the middle of the foot should be carring the most of the weight, and properly constructed boots or shoes should conform to anatomic feet. Even flat footed people require arch support. These boots were very uncomfortable even for my medium arches, so I can only imagine how uncomfortable they would be for someone with very high arches. There is not enough space inside for my own orthopedic insole, and the outer sole made of rubber is too flimsy to support orthopedic insole with arch support. I purchased these boots based on the five star reviews and clearly that was very misleading. It is very heartbreaking that even expensive boots do not provide the minimum of arch support. It is unacceptable, even criminal I believe, to sell boots or shoes that will cause orthopedic foot problems later in life due to absent or negative arch support - as is the case with these boots. Except for the negative arch support, they might have been a ok boots, although I do not know that for certain. Horrible, cheap outer sole design that provides no arch support or even an option of putting my own insole with arch support. Expensive junk. It should be criminal to sell boots as these to the public. Very disappointed. ... show more
