I pat a small amount of water on my face, put a dab of this in one hand, rub my hands together and massage all the makeup off my face in seconds. The smell could be described as very faintly medicinal, but that seems negative, and this fragrance is very clean and crisp and I really find it refreshing. This cleanser removes every single trace of foundation, eyebrow gel, blush and contour in seconds, leaving nothing behind but clean skin. It doesn't foam, which I love! Foam on my face tends to always migrate into my eyes and mouth, so I like to avoid it. The container should last a reasonable amount of time, but I'm overusing it because I love it. I'm washing my face 3 times a day or more, just because I really love the way this makes my skin feel. Huge win.

This is Comfort Zone Active Pureness Cleansing Gel which comes in a 6.76oz pump bottle. It's a pretty good size bottle, but still pricey. Seems like a quality product in that it feels good when using it to clean your face. Skin feels fresh and alive after using it. It says that it is a gentle exfoliator for acne prone skin but I'm not sure what ingredients are in it that would be of benefit for that type of skincare. I do really like it otherwise.

I recently tried the Comfort Zone Active Pureness Cleansing Gel and have mixed feelings about it. On the positive side, this cleanser has virtually no scent, which is great for those sensitive to fragrances. It does a good job of cleansing my skin, leaving it feeling fresh without stripping away essential oils. However, unlike other cleansers I've used, this one doesn't lather up much. If you're someone who enjoys a rich, foamy experience, you might find this a bit underwhelming. Despite the lack of suds, it does seem effective at removing impurities from the skin. One thing I found puzzling is that it's labeled as an exfoliant. I didn't notice any exfoliating effect while using it—no scrubbing particles or any indication of exfoliation. It felt like a straightforward cleanser to me. Overall, it's a decent product that cleanses well without drying out the skin. If you don't mind the lack of foam and are okay with the subtlety of its exfoliating claim, it’s worth a try. Four stars for doing the job with minimal fuss!

I thought the scent for this was pretty good. Nothing too harsh or strong. I wouldn't mind smelling it on my face for a while. Very easy to use and apply. A very decent-sized bottle. Left my skin feeling so good afterwards

I have sensitive, acne prone skin with an oily T-zone and decided to give this product a try. The scent is different...maybe somewhat similar to a fabric softener or something. Not great but not horrible either. One pump will was my whole face, neck, and décolleté thoroughly. While I have not noticed any real changes to my skin, it does seem to cleanse well without over-drying. At almost $42 a bottle, I would expect better results after several weeks of using, therefore, I am only rating it 3 stars.

I have been using active pureness gel fo5 years and this is not it. This product smells like strong chemicals. It burned my eyes when I smelled it so I didn't even put it on my face. I don't know what this stuff is in the bottle I received but it's not the right stuff.

I have used this over the course of several weeks and I do immediately notice how much gunk it took off the top layers on my face. My face feels smoother and it's harder to see what was more noticeable before I started taking this. I actually like the fact that this is not foamy and it does what it's supposed to do with little to no residue left behind. One thing to note here is that this product should not be used under direct sunlight. The bottle makes this abundantly clear. Therefore, I have been this at night before bedtime and I am satisfied with the results. I think this would make a good addition to your skin cleansing routine.
