First, this is definitely light weight. It feels like the equivalent to two bed sheets sewn together. Not a great start for me, as I like to have a little bit of weight to my quilts. My last one, which was also light weight, had more filling to it and felt like a gentle hug. This kinda feels like just another added sheet. Definitely great for summer, if you want the look but not any additional heat. The stitch design is simple, graphic and minimal. Nice clean finish along the edges. I do love the matching pillow cases that come with. The size (I got the cali king/king) is big enough to cover the bed. It is soft, that microfiber touch. I layer this blanket for my 18" platform bed. No bed skirts worked, but this added weight (comfy!) under my quilt and hides the tubs I have under my bed. I bought two different colors, one for under my fall/winter quilt, and one for under my spring/summer quilt. Plus layered bedding looks cool, and bedskirts are going out of style. ... show more

I read reviews! Whenever I have to make an important purchase (or any purchase for that matter), I read a lot of reviews, especially the one star. I was very concerned about the stains that many wrote about, but the positive reviews won me over. Plus I could not find the color I wanted anywhere else. When it arrived, I opened with apprehension. Well, imagine how happy I was when there were no stains, not only that, but it is well made. It has neat stitching and comes with three full size pillow shams. It is not made of heavy material nor is it filled, so it is on the lighter side. I wasn't trying to buy a comforter, so it is perfect. The sea-foam is beautiful. I looked for many options and took me a lot o time before I decided to buy this quilt. I was glad I chose this one until I got the second quilt in white color and I wasn’t very happy with it. Grey quilt (first purchase): quilt it is not very soft but the feeling of it is still very good and it looks very nice on my bed! Also the weight is just right for the summer! I already washed it 2 times according with the instructions and nothing bad happened with the quilt or the shams which for me it was an indicator that the stitching is very well done. That’s why I decided to order another quilt but this time in white color and i was expecting to get the same as I did with the first one. White quilt: Ordered this quilt twice and the first time it got canceled for who knows the reasons. The second time I finally got it and once I opened the bag I could immediately tell that the feeling is not even close to the grey one. It feels scratchy! Anyway i decided to wash it and hopping that maaaaybe the feeling would get better but of course it didn’t happen! :/ The washing went pretty good as it went with the grey one, you can hardly see wrinkles and the weight is good. I put it on the bed and from far it doesn’t look cheap but if you go close is like if the quilts were made with different fabric. Of course the grey one with a better one. I still kept the quilt on my bed but! Unfortunately the scratchy feel is very annoying that husband got very uncomfortable and annoyed when we were on bed ready to sleep (me as well but was trying no to make it a big deal) and we had to change it. He couldn’t believe that the quilts were from the same brand/company because he really liked the grey one from the beginning. So, even tho I didn’t like the cheap look the white quilt was giving to my bed and room, I was planning on using it but with the feel it has there’s no way I’m going to! Same with husband, he actually told me to get rid of it. I can’t think of a reason why quilts feel so different. My mom had like the grey quilt and told me to order one for her in beige color but now I’m not sure about it. Maybe I shouldn’t have ordered again the white quilt after it got delayed and then cancel the first time. It was probably a sign. I’m going to update this review later on to share how the quilt looks, feel and last after a while. ... show more

Beautiful spread on my guest day bed. My guest says it is very comfortable to sleep on and fits very nicely. I bought two, each guest bedrooms have daybeds with trundles under and this spread hides the trundle nicely. Great for your college grandkids to have on their beds when they come to visit.
