Not sure if the package said so or not but mine came with 4 regular pillow cases 2 green like sheets and two blue like the spread. And then two shams that are the same pattern as the comforter. My 13-year-old was dying for a new comforter. Grown out of her Harry Potter phase, she was ready for something more feminine. So her colors are soft gray and yellow. She searched and searched and finally found this comforter set. It arrived packaged like all sets do, in a plastic bag, likey air suctioned to reduce the size. Upon unpacking the set, we found the comforter light weight and accurate, true to the item description. Unexpectedly, the sheet set included is relatively thin and has a light green color. Unsure why they are light green since there is no trace of green in the comforter design. However, looking at the picture I posted, it is nearly impossible to see the green tint once on a white pillow and mattress. Also, curiously, the set includes a pillow sham for an unrecognizable sized pillow, not long but broad. Perhaps we are uneducated in the world of pillow sizes. ... show more

Pay attention to the pics for this comforter. It does mention it will look different in different light. I hoped mine would look like the Amazon pic but as you see it doesn’t. It is a GREAT value. The coolest thing is the side pocket on the fitted sheet for your cell phone or remote, etc. You get many things for this low price! ... show more

Overall I'm super pleased with this purchase. I ordered the queen comforter in paisley wheat. The colors are pretty and have a goldy looking yellow, light grey, white and brown in the pattern. The quality of the comforter is really nice, it has an expensive feel to it, considering I only paid $33.36 for the set. The sheets are surprisingly soft after being washed, a little thin, but look like they'll hold up ok (100% polyester). The pocket for the fitted sheet was way too big for my mattress, but I just added some sheet stays and that will work fine. The flat sheet was extremely long, like I think I tucked almost 2 feet into the bottom of the mattress, but the width is normal. My biggest gripe, and again i really can't complain because it was inexpensive, are the pillow shams. They feel and look cheap, AND they are standard size instead of queen/king size (the sheet set included 4 larger pillow cases). The 1.5" edging around the sham is really thin material and just kind of flops over and looks messy. Standard pillows barely fit in them and the size makes it look odd on the bed and the pocket that you tuck over the end of the pillow does absolutely nothing to contain it. That being said, would I buy it again? Absolutely. I liked everything about this set except for the pillow shams and I can just get a solid color that's a better quality and the correct size. This nice bed set is all inclusive and a good bargain. It is polyester so it might get pilly after awhile, but it is soft and comfy. The color is a bit unique but for what I needed it is a perfect match.
