I’m a true size 10, somewhat wide toe box area, & the fit was excellent - the length was longer than expected (maybe even longer than an average size 10 heel) & the width was perfect (usually I have to size up just for the width - so they are wider than the average heel but perfect for me!). The media could not be loaded. I should have bought these before I bought a different pair that I ended up returning. These Bow heels are BEAUTIFUL! They came carefully packaged, the bows had separators inside to protect the bow and the rhinestones. They have dust bags for each shoe! The quality is worth more than the $30 something they are charging for these shoes.
