Comfortable, affordable, adorable looking boots. I measured my feet by marking the piece of paper at the end of my toe to the back of my heel. Then I used a measuring tape to note it in inches & centimeters. My foot is 9.5 inches or 24.1 cm. In the chart included in the photos, I chose size 8.5 and I still have 0.5 inch or 1.27 cm more space. I do not wear thick socks. I’m regular shoe width, thin ankles & smaller calves. They look great, not too boxy or clunky. They can adjust to thicker ankles & wider calves. No zippers. They’re not too stiff and have some give on the boot shaft. This makes it more comfortable to move in. The tongue is attached about 3 lace loops from the bottom, the top two loops are free. The grip on the outsole is strong on laminate floors but I haven’t tried them on wet or icy conditions yet. I will be waterproofing them further with water repellent spray to preserve the suede. The insoles are squishy and the inside is soft & fur lined. I’ll edit this if these boots don’t provide warmth. I’ve worn them for an hour and so far no uncomfortable spots or hard edges. Buy these. I spent literal weeks searching boots and their reviews. I work for a company that requires me to be in and out of stores for 12 hours a day. This includes being inside ‘cold vaults’ which is the inside of beverage coolers. I also front load coolers and normal shelves within stores. I needed a true waterproof, weatherproof boot for winter. One that is also comfortable as I do anywhere between 10k-20k steps a day. I have very thin narrow feet, high arches, and a half inch leg length discrepancy and have to put a small insert in all my left shoes/boots to even me out. I also have what I call weak ankles because most boots feel so heavy and cause my ankles to hurt. With all that said, I am glad I decided to try these. I actually got to use them a week later! They are warm and definitely weatherproof. I watched people slip and slide and I had a good grip with the nice tread on these boots. My feet never got cold. In fact, they were at times overly warm, and I wore normal socks, not boots socks, but overly warm is def better than cold!! I am in and out of my vehicle 20-25 times a day and driving and I had no issues driving in them. I never had to adjust them. They didn’t feel heavy and clunky at all and it didn’t even feel like I was wearing a boot. The insole is removable which for me is needed, to place my insert into the left boot . Which brings me to arch support. I have high arches and the insert is flat. Yet, my feet didn’t hurt. I’m not sure if the boot has cushioning under its insole, all I know I my arches didn’t hurt and I wore them for 4 days straight. Also worth mentioning I did not break them in and still fit wonderfully. As for size, I am a 7 in regular shoes. I ordered a 7. They are perfect. Even after feet swelling (as ALL feet do) from walking all day. Podiatrists even recommend buying shoes AFTER you’ve been on your feet for a while, so you’re feeling the true fit. With that said, if you are the “inbetween size” type, I’d say DEF get the larger of the size you’re inbetween. I wore a normal sock and did NOT need a boot sock for warmth or cushion. And I had no rubbing or pushing either, (yay no blisters!) which usually do because my feet are so boney and thin. They are definitely worth the money. I anticipate wearing them for a few years. They seem sturdy and well built. I am a frugal person and knew I needed to invest in a good boot and it’s def worth the price paid. I even had a man ask me what kind they were so he could buy a pair for his wife. I would def recommend them and have in fact done so. I hope this helps someone else who needs a good boot and relies on reviews 😎

Love these boots! I'm an avid hiker and usually wear Oboz for hiking in dirt and rocks but needed something warmer for snow and slush. These boots are completely waterproof and warm. I hiked over 3 miles today. Half was up a steep hill with no trail (pretty rough going) through 6in- a foot of snow and the other half was down a slushy and sometimes slippery ohv trail. These boots performed! I did wear some Yaktrax for a bit because I tend to slip around on ice. My feet were comfortable, dry and warm all day. I usually wear a 7 but ordered up to an 8 to accommodate for thicker socks and possibly an insole. Perfect. When I get new hikers, I often worry about my heel slipping because I have a narrow heel but like a wider toe box. There were great. No breaking in necessary, no blisters or sore spots. I might get an arch support insole because I have a really high instep but even still, I didn't feel my arches aching with these boots. As always a quality product from Columbia. These boots are super cute too!

I received my boots right after Christmas and have worn them pretty much every day since then, approx. 9 hours each day. They do not hurt my feet after 9 hours, thankfully. I live on a farm and am in/out of the house a few times a day and don't want to take them off because it takes awhile to get them on with pants tucked in if I need to go outside. We've had snow on the ground pretty much for about 3 weeks now and most of that time, it's been in low, double digits during the day. Today, however it was a high of 14F. Up until today, my toes have not gotten cold, but this evening when I went out, they did. I'm not sure if it's the sole breaking down already, or what... seeing these are supposed to be good down to a temperature of -25F. I felt inside of the boot after I took them off and could feel indentations of my toes in the soles already and the sole was cold, so it seems the coldness is coming thru the sole. I took measurements of the sole with a thermal thermometer and it was an average of about 65F after I took my foot out. My toes measured about the same temperature... so it doesn't look like the warmness holds up after the temperature drops. It was 11F this evening when I came inside. Other days, I have been outside for over an hour, trudging around in snow at LEAST up to my ankles and was fine. My feet have stayed dry, but I have only been in snow, not water. They are comfortable, look good, do not slouch too much after a few weeks and tend to stay warm until you get into almost single digit temperatures. I am going to buy some footbeds for mine, such as Pedag Solar wool insoles for cold weather.

I've had these for about year (bought them in January 2024 I think), and I've just brought them out again as it's almost December and the days have gotten much much colder to where I need something warm on my feet. We've gotten some light snow as well. I bought these because my old beloved pair of boots had worn through the sole enough that water started coming in. That pair of boots was amazing because it was tall (just under the knee) and easy to put on because it worked with a zipper. They were also super light weight and not clunky! Unfortunately, it was impossible for me to find another pair of boots like that within my price range. It seems these days, women's snow boots only go up to the ankle! Those taller pairs are RARE, and if you do manage to find one, you have to shell out over 100$ which just wasn't in budget for me. These were a fair price and they are a nice boot. Some boots are quite literally heavy, clunky, and thus tiring to walk in. These, however, are not. I use them to walk my dog. They've stood up well to snow, no leaks so far, and have kept my feet warm. I wish they were taller so I could go into deep snow without worry, but they work for what I need them for which is mainly walking the dog in the winter, sometimes through snowy roads. Part of me wishes they were a bit slimmer as I have to tighten the laces quite a bit to get them secure on my ankle (I am peitit, 5' 3" and maybe 115 lbs), but at the same time I like that there's a bit of extra room as I often wear layers (literally, 2 pairs of pants or sometimes pants with snow pants over top that need to be tucked into the boots). I think they were a little stiff when I bought them but loosened up with wear. After being so used to my nike running/walking shoes, they do feel a bit stiff to walk in again this year, but nothing that causes foot pain or too much discomfort. Hopefully with even more wear they'll really get broken in.

I love these boots! These are the first pair of snow shoes that not only feel comfortable and warm, but also look stylish and match well with all the clothes I wear. I got them in the Cordovan Siberia colour and they look great. I wore these shoes over the entire 4-5 months of winter in Nebraska and they have not disappointed me one bit. Here are some characteristics of the boots: Pros: -Really warm and cozy, my feet were warm and insulated in the harsh snowy winters of Nebraska and even during the New year's eve when there was a frostbite warning (-25 to -27 degree C) issued in the state. -Very lightweight, stylish, and have a rich color that looks good with most coats and winter wear -True to size, I usually wear 7-7.5 size depending on the brand. I got a 7.5 in this boots and it fit me well. I was able to wear thick socks with these boots comfortably. -Completely waterproof! I tested it out by placing my feet inside the boot and dipping the boot in a bucket filled with water. My feet were completely dry! -Nice thick sole that makes it balancing on these boots very good. Cons: -Can have better grip on ice, not that I ever fell on ice wearing these boots, but it was getting a little slippery at times. -They need to have more vivid colors available -Prices can be a bit more reasonable. The prices vary a lot depending on the sizes you order.

I've only owned these for 4 days and have only worn them 3 out of 4 days. I will thus update in the future if necessary! For now, I ADORE these boots. They are lightweight, crazy comfy, warm and dry. I've walked about 5 miles total in them and with a 10 month old baby on my back or chest (backpack carrier or front carrier) in zero to minus ten degree F weather in northern MN in a few inches to a foot of snow and/or icy roads. The grip, brand new anyway, is crazy sticky. The lace-up design and lace material makes lacing up really easy (I was worried about that b/c with a baby on me, I didn't want to have to sit down and carefully lace up a pair of boots; I almost got a slip-on Columbia pair, but decided against it b/c laces give a much greater possibility of fit/comfort adjustment if you're planning on doing any serious walking). As far as waterproofness - so far so good. The materials have obviously been treated thoroughly b/c the snow that remains on the boot when I come inside from the cold beads up as soon as it melts. They are much lighter weight than the Northface snowboots I have that have the entire base rubberized. These seem, so far, to be the right blend of flexible and structured (with some extra material around the toe bed). I did order a 9.5 although I am a true size 9, and it works great. There is room for an extra thick sock or orthotic but without either, still a perfectly comfy fit; esp. b/c you can lace them looser or tighter!

I know other reviewers say to order a half size up, but I actually find the boot a bit large.. I usually wear a size 6-6.5, so after reading reviews I ordered a size 7. Way too big (my ankles slid around). So I ordered a 6.5. Also too big; my feet still had room to slide forward quite a bit. I finally settled with a size 6 and although I still find it a bit roomy, I think I'll keep it in case I ever plan to wear super thick socks. Right now they fit well enough with my wool socks and jeans tucked in. Besides the sizing, I really, really love these boots. They are SO warm and comfortable, and I don't even really need to unlace them to get them on/off. I'm also pretty happy about the price and I think they're actually kinda cute :) Not sure about how they'll fare in the snow yet, but I have purchased other Columbia products before and they never let me down. EDIT: They did quite well this past winter. I felt pretty study walking on icy roads and they were great for trudging through layers of snow. My feet do get a little sweaty in them though, but I can't deny that they're incredibly warm!
