Love these socks! They look kind of thin just out of the package, but fluff up and become nice and plush (but not too bulky) after washing. I worn them the last few winters inside my slippers and to bed. They're very soft, warm, and comfortable. I always have to wear my socks inside out because the toe seams bother me. This is not the case with these. I haven't worn them in shoes/boots yet, so I can't say if that would make a difference. They wash well, and fit my small feet without the heel going up to the backs of my ankles. Another plus - they're really good-looking. These are my favorite socks during cold weather. I don't like slipper socks with grids on the bottom. These are fleece lined and so comfortable and warm. Sadly, they do wear out eventually. These socks are so soft and comfortable! They feel absolutely heavenly on my feet. The only issue I have is that they are a little big. I wear a size 5 1/2 - 6 shoe in women's and the heel part goes up a bit higher on these than my other socks, so they run a little large. That does not stop me from wearing them though. They are just that comfortable. They have held up well, function as they should and are durable. I wash and dry like normal and haven't had any issues with them. They have a decent stretchiness to them without being too stretchy. I can wear any of my shoes as they are not bulky, but still provide plenty of warmth. They are a good value for the money. Columbia is a brand that I trust and have purchased many times in the past. I have always been satisfied with the quality of their merchandise and aside from these being a little big, they are no exception. I don't believe in skimping when it comes to your feet.
