I purchased these Columbia Strata in Titanium Grey Steel/Sage Leaf ( on the right ) a few months after getting them the in Stone Green/Sunstone color ( on the left.) As an avid hiker, I need hiking boots that are comfortable, breathable with the right grip for whatever terrain I am on - as well as water resistance. The Strata offer all of these things and more. I wore the first pair in 80 ° weather in September and hiked 7 miles. My feet stayed dry and weren’t sweaty. My feet were comfortable the entire time. These hikers don’t require breaking in, they’re comfortable right out of the box. I sized up 1/2 size for colder months when wearing thicker socks and had no problem in the late summer - early fall with thinner socks. The toe box is generous and my toes aren’t squished. The laces stay tied. I switch up between these 2 pair and they’re the most comfortable hikers I’ve ever owned. Don’t sleep on these. They’re high quality, stitched well, lightweight and breathable with real leather/suede. They’re like clouds! The colors are cool, too. The Stone Green/Sunstone are loud and proud! Love the details and bright laces- fuschia with orange. The Titanium Grey Steel/Sage Leaf have nice subtle bright sage in the heel pull and laces and Logo. They’re definitely grey steel. Highly recommend them.

I am always hesitant to buy shoes online, but I'm glad I bought these boots on sale. They are good for warm or cold weather, have solid ankle support, and the tread is well made. True to size unless you want to wear thick socks.

I really enjoy these hiking boots. I use them the other day to hike on kind of a snowy mountain and it kept me warm and protected against any of the mud and the grip at the bottom of these shoes is amazing. I’m pretty sure it saved me from falling off a cliff a few times.. I definitely recommend them. My favorite part is the comfort around the ankle. I feel a lot more supported than the shoes I was wearing before.

My feet are wide and these are a bit narrow for me, but boot is well made and works, especially for women with a regular width. consider getting a half size bigger than usual to allow for thicker socks.

l was so excited to buy these but they dont look good on my feet and also scrape and hurt my ankle bone. They gave me blisters on 1st wear, within half hour. Amazon wont accept the return since the return window has closed. Columbia: can you help me please???
