Sizing is very off

I really like these shorts. I’m needed something similar for a while but finally bit the bullet when I had a trip planned for hot weather and jungle excursions. I purchased the 2x in both black and blue due to previous reviews talking about sizing. I’m generally a solid 2x on the bottom but these both big. The blue fit okay enough they were usual like but I definitely would have preferred a 1x which wasn’t available. The black were HUGE. When held flat against each other there is at least two extra inches of fabric on the black. The length is the same on both. I really appreciate the 5” length. It’s hard finding shorts that aren’t too short for these thighs or down to my knees strictly because I’m plus sized. ... show more

Nice shorts for summer

Got a medium which is my usual size in Columbia shorts - I have wider hips & thighs. The waist was a bit big on these but overall they are very comfy and I like that they don't wrinkle. Leg openings are perfect width for muscular legs. The only thing I don't like is that when I sit down the pocket linings hang out. I have to pull down the hem to cover them.
