    • Make sure they fit snug. Wearing a thick sock should work as well as regular socks.

No break in time. Supportive. I wear between a women's 11 or 12 regular. 11 fits very well. There is give in this shoe. Somewhat like an athletic shoe. More like a hiking shoe. Very comfortable.

I’m always hesitant, ordering shoes online, but so happy I got these. I am headed to New Zealand for a month and needed a lightweight shoe that I could also hike in. This is perfect. The size is perfect for me, they are very comfortable, extremely lightweight and offer a lot of support. I wear between a 10 and 11 wide or a shoe with a wide toe box. I thought I ordered an 11W, but I guess I ordered an 11 and they still fit great. Highly recommend and the price was great ... show more

I bought these for a camping trip, and wore them right out of the box, no break-in necessary. They fit my feet well, and provided lots of support. The soles are tough and grip well while hiking on rock or soil. The look cute. Really, my only complaint about these shoes is that they didn't feel very well ventilated -- my feet got hot. Of course, it was also over 90 degrees too... but I found myself wishing I had sandals. These will be great for hiking in the fall or spring seasons. They are very comfortable and supported my sad feet (plantar fasciitis). I won't wear them again when it's sweltering, but I like the shoes and will continue to wear them. ... show more

Ok so these are comfortable and light weight. They look nice but they are not waterproof. I was getting water from a water faucet into a bucket and the water splattered onto the top of my shoe, it was just a splatter, I didn't dump the bucket, and the water quickly went through the shoe onto my sock. I was disappointed. Sharing this in case you are trying to decide between purchasing here and a different retailer. I am just not sure how a waterproof shoe would let a water splatter through the toe box area. I didn't get these to go on extreme hikes but I expected more than this out of them and I know Columbia is better than this. ... show more
