Bought these for a trip to Alaska to see the 1st day of the Iditarod and all the other sites in snow. Stayed warm and dry the whole time I wore them. They aren't overly heavy either. Traction in them is okay; the street/sidewalks were slick so I had to watch how I walked (better tread would have gotten these a 5!)

I ordered the black ones before and loved them. This review is for the grey ones that I just purchased and am not happy with them. They say they are rated for -25F which is a lie. My feet get cold within minutes. I timed and tested this morning before writing this review. It took me 10 minutes total from the time I walked out my door till I walked back in from feeding my horses. The temperature was 8F. My toes and feet were already getting cold. There is no insulation/padded in the feet of these boots. Plus they advertise to be water resistant tops, maybe the top of the boot but not the top part of the feet. I wish I never spent the money on these. Like I said I previously owned the black ones until they wore out and loved them. Oh I also wear thick winter boot socks with these grey boots and it doesn't help keeping my feet warm for more than 10 minutes. I hope this helps someone.

Just wore these outside on our first Snow Day here outside of Philly. The wide is a great fit and my feet don’t feel squished but perfectly comfortable, huge plus!! I can enjoy being outside with my daughter and not worry about my feet hurting. I was out there for about an hour walking in snow up and down hills and support seems good. . Nothing over the boot height but my feet were warm and dry when came in, was wearing a thicker athletic ankle sock. So far so good, the laces are also nice material and stayed tied unlike some of the duck boots. As of now 5 out of 5, haven’t worn them in rain but I believe it’s more of a snow boot.

I have major back problems that limit my foot wearing abilities. ( I own one pair of shoes...literally) Taking a trip to Alaska in February - these boots were the best. The comfort was amazing. I never once suffered from the foot and back pain I generally experience. Looking forward to next winter.

Good boots. Haven’t worn boots for many years, but this winter is brutal! These fit well but seem weighty. Great for traction, warmth, comfort, feet stay dry. Would buy again.
