Everything on these shoes are as stated in the description. The size fits perfect to my normal size. They are stiff. So make sure you break them in before you go on a hike or vacation. I got these to go to Alaska in June. I can confirm they are water resistant because I’ve walked through puddles of water and my feet stay dry. They are breathable. I typically wear brooks because of a foot injury and these work perfect for all day use and walking.

These shoes look well made and sturdy but the tough material on the sides isn’t working for my feet. The sides were pressing hard against my pinky toes on both sides and I started feeling them sore just from trying them on around the house, so they’ll definitely won’t work for a hike. I tend to have sensitive feet so these are a pass for me.

I’ve worn Columbia shoes for years, but these just aren’t right. I usually wear size 5, but the toe box is too shallow and the heels rub.,I exchanged them for 5.5, but the heels rub in that pair, too. They just aren’t made for me.

I finally got the right size so they fit. I love the sole's as they grip to every type if surface you can imagine. I also love the look and are light enough to wear every day and everywhere. They look like tennis shoes. Nice!
