These are good boots, the tread is great for icy hiking trails, they're very soft and flexible, but I will say they are narrow, as some other reviews have said. I had to risk these as a last-minute purchase before a week-long trip to Yosemite in the snow- my previous snow boots died. I was able to break them in and they were fine for light hiking and playing in the snow with my kids, my feet stayed warm and dry with wool socks. I'd say if your feet are wide at all, don't get these (unless you can find them in a wide size). I'm a regular size 8, with very high arches. I wrapped my baby toes in athletic tape just to be sure on the first couple days of the trip, and I'm glad I did. After the first 2 days I hiked tape-free and my feet were fine. They are very cute boots, not clunky in the least, can be worn with jeans easily for going out to dinner on a cold night. All in all I'm happy with them, but I wouldn't trust these on any serious hikes! ... show more

I love these. I needed more snowboots so i could swap them out each day. This was a goodish price. I normally wear anywhere from a 7.5 to an 8.5 but i usually have to size up for active / outdoor shoes. These are 9's. They are plenty long but fit snug over my arch and around my toes. I also have the 9 ice maiden boot and it is built more like a work boot. Both are 9's but this one fits perfectly and the ice maiden is too big. But I'll keep both because they are cool. What can you do when you don't try on? I've had the midcalf Minx quilted snow boot for a long time and I love it so much. It's like running around in warm slippers no matter how cold it is out. ... show more

I wasn’t as happy as I thought I’d be with these. I’m a big fan of the brand. I ordered a size 8 when I normally get 7.5 because I wanted a little wiggle room for my toes and the option to wear thicker socks. Unfortunately they fit like 7.5 and the toe box is a bit narrow. They are comfortable in my thin merino wool socks but my toes will definitely not be comfortable in thicker ones. I recommend ordering a full size larger if you have the same idea I had. I’m also disappointed in the arch support. I have dropping arches and expected this brand to have a decent arch support. Since I got them on sale, I’ll probably keep them—they’re comfortable enough and I have an insert to help with the arches. We’ll see in time how well they keep my feet warm when the snow comes. ... show more

Adorable winter boot, size up between 1/2 and full size if wearing thick socks my regular size is between 8.5-9 ordered a 9.5 based upon other reviews , probably could have done with a 9 but I prefer alittle extra space in my winter boot. super comfy not bulky or heavy.
