The are light and dry fast when wet they provide the shade I wanted the waist pockets are net so can rip over time which is not great but the lower pockets are more durable

    • Watch Your Pockets!

These really are great pants. They're comfortable, fit well, and they unzip to become shorts. They also dry very quickly. I used them for my African safari, and they were perfect. That said, beware the pockets. After only about 2 months of wearing them (in rotation with other pants), the back pocket has already torn. The stitching came undone. I noticed after putting my wallet in my back pocket and feeling it fall down my pant leg. Because of how light they are, the stitching and pocket material tears very easily. ... show more

I needed to return these. They were sized too small for my waist. I could get them on but the elastic in the waistband was fully extended. These pants came with a lightweight campsite belt but the belt loops were too small to accommodate my tactical belt.
