I've been an exclusive Columbia hiking shoes guy for about 8 years because they're the all around best for me. These are even better. They give me enhanced stability and confident sure footedness and are SO light weight...no kidding. The lacing setup is new to me and a bit difficult & unweildly compared to the old fashioned eyelet system. I bought the light grey because it goes great with half my wardrobe but as they only arrived a couple of weeks ago I'm a bit leery about the oversized "banana boat" white flashy sides to the soles. They'll dirty up fast and require cleaning if I wanna keep 'em white. Well here we are on May 23 and I like them so much I just ordered another pair in brown. This is without a doubt the most comfortable pair shoes I've ever worn. Part of the reason is probably because I had insoles made for them at a high tech place but still, they were supremely comfortable from the start. ... show more
