Update! I have changed this review from a 1 star to a 5 star after speaking with the company. They were very apologetic for the issue I experienced and said that they do have high quality standards, and this set I received does not appear to have met that threshold. As such, they have offered a replacement set for the damaged ones that I had received. The fact they responded so quickly and corrected the issue by offering a replacement set come help me to change the rating to a five star review, given that the quality issue I have with you otherwise completely love them. Should I have any problems with the replacement, I will update my review accordingly. I want to LOVE these silk sheets. They arrived beautifully packaged. They look terrific, are cooling, and so so so comfortable. I wish the pillowcases had zipper closures instead of being enveloped, but that’s just personal preference. I got these after doing a lot of research on silk sheets to make sure I purchased a set that was of high quality. These checked all the boxes. They have a high momme weight, they are listed as grade 6A 100% mulberry silk, and have OEKO-TEX certification. I wanted silk sheets was because they came highly recommended by my physician to help with the vasomotor symptoms associated with perimenopause (hot flashes/night sweats). Silk is also a great material for your hair and skin - silk has reduced friction compared to cotton, which reduces tugging on the skin and hair while you sleep, reducing hair breakage and minimizing fine lines and wrinkles. Pure mulberry silk is also hypoallergenic and resists dust mites, mold, and other allergens - a huge win for those with sensitive skin. So you’re probably wondering why I have given these one star given how wonderful they sound. Well, I have had them just over a month and despite following the washing instructions to the letter, using detergent made specifically for silk, these are starting to get holes! These sheets are WAY too expensive to be this poorly constructed. I mean, they are $599 for a king size set!! Maybe I have a fluke set - but I’m certainly not going to spend another $599 to see if that’s the case. If this wasn’t happening, I would give these a five star rating. I plan to reach out to the manufacturer about this because, in my opinion, this is really unacceptable. My hope is they will allow me to send these back for an exchange - whether or not they stand behind their product will be quite telling in terms of the backing of their high quality claims. If the manufacturer does offer replacement, I will update my review. I would like to let them know about this issue. I would hope they would stand behind their product and offer exchange or replacement.

Pro: Gorgeous queen size sheets that fit my TempurPedic mattress perfectly. Very soft, silky smooth, and cool to sleep on or under. Quality appears to be excellent, and genuine 22 Momme silk. I won't be able to judge the value until I've washed them and had them for at least a year. These feel lighter weight than another silk set I purchased several years ago by Feeling Pampered, but that may be because that company had sent a King size flat sheet instead of a Queen flat sheet. Happy to discover that this Queen set had a beautiful and deep top hem on the flat sheet that makes it look more elegant and easier to tell which end is supposed to be on the top. The fitted sheet has a small tag on each corner that states either "short side" or "long side" that is also quite helpful. Not sure why, but the underside of the flat sheet is not glossy, like the top side. It looks like raw silk, but feels no different from the other glossy side. I love how easy it is to slide in and out of bed compared to any other bedding that isn't silk. Perfect for me as I'm elderly and get up frequently nowadays. Highly recommend quality silk bedding! Additionally, the packaging is outstanding in a heavy weight glossy white gift box, complete with tissue paper and beautifully wrapped with ribbons and instructions! This would make a fantastic gift for anyone, including yourself. That's the good part! The cons listed below are not going to apply to everyone, but they are annoying to me, so bear that in mind before deciding on purchasing. Cons: The pillowcases are only envelope style, not zipper, and are ONLY available in whichever queen or king size sets you order. They are NOT available separately in any size at all! Why not? My standard pillows are too small to fit these Queen pillowcases and I have no interest in purchasing or sleeping on larger pillows than the ones I prefer. I would have been happy to order them separately so that the color Midnight Blue would match my queen set. This is NOT a cost saving ploy by this company as some claim, because it requires more silk to make them in an envelope style than in a zipper style. That said, the queen pillowcases are way too long for my standard pillows, so now I have to pay to have them tailored to install a hidden zipper AND shorten them to enjoy them with my comfortable size pillows. I didn't deduct stars for this annoyance, because they were clearly as described. I knew that going in, but it is still annoying that pillowcases are not available to those of us who want more than two for whatever reason. Also, be aware that not one of the many other silk companies here on Amazon that currently sell pillowcases separately in my dark blue come close to matching this sheet set. I tried two different ones hoping they would match these sheets in a standard and zippered option. Nope. Not even close in the same blue tint. I will keep them all because they were nice silk cases and as described. Sigh. I will be back to review this (if allowed) in a year to rate the durability. I have every expectation that they will not exhibit pilling, holes, or tears in that time. UPDATED: August 5, 2025 - Note: Their silk zipper style pillowcases are now available in the Standard, Queen and King sizes when purchased separately. They are made of the same quality silk that the bed sheets are so if you're still undecided, pillowcases are a great option to test how wonderful silk feels. Enjoy!

I want to love these sheets. They do feel like they are good quality material and they are very comfortable when the bed is first made. However, we now totally remake the bed every day. The fitted sheet begins to come loose as soon as we get in the bed (no matter how gentle we try to be). This causes wrinkles that I don't find comfortable to lie on. Each morning when we wake up, the fitted sheet is either barely holding onto the corners of the mattress or it sometimes has come off some of the corners completely. I understand that silk is slippery and this might simply be the trade off. For me, the hassle is not worth the exorbitant price of these sheets. In addition to the issues with the fitted sheet, we struggle throughout each night to keep the top sheet and comforter on the bed. Again, I realize this might simply be the trade-off for having silk sheets. Overall, I feel that for the exorbitant price, it's just too much of an annoyance. There are much more affordable, high thread-count cotton sheets and bamboo sheets which are very comfortable and do not require the constant maintenance and delicate washing. I will go back to a high thread-count, Egyptian cotton for half the price.

The mineral blue color and the quality are absolutely stunning. I haven’t washed or used them yet, but I’m very familiar with silk bedding and these seem very solid, some of the best silk bedding I’ve ever bought, definitely feels like 22 momme, thicker than 19. Cool and silky smooth, CANT WAIT to get these on my bed and sleep on them. They are expensive like all silk bedding, but as I get to be middle aged and overweight and sleep hot, I splurge on comfortable bedding instead of other things LOL.

I purchased these sheets as an anniversary gift for myself and my spouse. They're absolutely luxurious to sleep in, especially on those summer nights that are especially hot and humid, especially if you're one of those folks that still need to be covered in something to sleep well. Since we've only owned them for a little while, the jury is still out on their durability and how they hold up over time. This is a key feature, in my opinion, given the rather steep price. If we experience an issue, I'll be sure to update this review. The only down side to these sheets (and it's actually a little comical) is that they're so smooth, they're actually slippery...which is to say, if you are a restless sleeper, don't be surprised if you wake up to all of your bedclothes on the floor!

I have done a lot of research on Mulberry, it is very beneficial to those with sensitive skin and scalp due to it naturally producing glycerin. These were THE BEST value for the money, granted $299 (what I paid) is still expensive, they are worth every penny! softest sheets I have ever had, I sleep like a baby and they are so soft! just be careful with snagging, mine have not snagged, but always make sure rough nails or skin is filed, and I wear soft 100% socks to bed to prevent toe nail snags. One note for care, get the GIANT garment bags they offer on here, I bought two, one for the flat sheet, one for the fitted and we had small garment bags and I throw there pillow cases in there. You don't want to wash silk a whole lot, honestly, they smell just like day one after a month, you only want to wash them once every three weeks to once a month. I would also recommend the LeBlanc hypo-allergenic detergent, fragrance free, (also on Amazon) great value, and it works great!

So this is silk. As someone who has 200 dollar sheets I can say this is a really lux step up. Truly beautiful and like sleeping in between well silk. It really a big luxurious difference. I will say for a 600 dollar set of sheets I’m discouraged to see that the company with its beautiful packaging and silk swath for the burn test is cutting costs on zippered pillow cases. It is advertised as zipper cases but it came as envelope pocket. Now no issues with the envelope pocket after a couple nights, but if u but just a pillow case from the same seller and company it comes with a zipper. So ideally I should get two more pillow cases with zippers, because that is what I paid for. So I am hung up on that. Especially since pure silk alarmist always comes with zippered pillow cases Update two months in my 600 dollar fitted sheets have tears in them less than 4 weeks of use. They held up just long enough to not be returned. I’m going to try and patch them. As they are delightful

Bought them in August 2022. Very nice sheets. I washed them weekly and the top sheet “hem” I guess you’d call it (the part that normally goes at the headboard end of the bed) frayed pretty bad after a year. Now I noticed a large tear on the fitted sheet (it’s December). Kinda pricey to be so short lived but they do feel nice wash well.
