We had been struggling with my 3 year olds eczema for about 2 months. It literally came out of nowhere and exploded all over his legs and bottom. We tried SO many things including changing his diet and using probiotics to heal his gut. Nothing was working. This is the only thing that helped and it was right from the start. Gave him a bath with about 1/2 cup dissolved in the tub and the redness went away immediately and the skin was much much smoother after the bath. We've been giving him an oatmeal bath every other day ever since. For the most part it's kept the eczema at bay with just a few small spots on his shins. But no more constant itching or rough patches and I even think it's helping to fade the dark spots which he got from the irritation of the dry skin patches. Highly highly recommend. Also, we follow up the bath with the Aveeno eczema cream or the Lush Dream Cream (both have oatmilk in them) and PRAYER! ... show more

Things I'm taking into account and reasons why it gets 5 stars . It's some of the cheapest colloidal oatmeal I've ever been able to find . I seen on person say it leaves residue in tub . Even top brands do that except this one tends to be a little more gritty . Take it, put it in a blender and for the price your just simply not going to do any better . If I could figure out a way to make it have it bitty amounts of moisture to have a few more clumps in it then it would be perfect . I'm assuming that's how more expensive brands do it . If not I'd like to figure out how . ... show more

Exactly what I was looking for. Years ago I used to get ceridwen's cauldron from lush, because it was the only home remedy to actually help my eczema. I bought this in an effort to no longer need to be paying nearly $15 every time I wanted that bath experience. Take some old pantyhose with NO holes, or some cheesecloth and add about a half cup of the powder. Tie it up, and drop in the bath. Dont just dump it directly in the water, it’ll clog your tub. ... show more

I read the reviews before I bought this product and I am satisfied with the product. I used the Averno oat bath powder and was dissatisfied with the clumps formed when mixed with hot water. I mixed equal parts hot water to the oat powder to mix compound well, and this product was a Lot less clumpy than the Averno oat soaks. I am extremely happy with this product. ... show more
