I really like this camping bed. I actually am using it in our bedroom while I try to train our dogs to sleep on their dog beds and not in our bed. The pad that comes with it seems a little thin but I had another mattress pad I put on top of it and it is quite comfortable. I’m only 5’2” so I fit well but my 6’5” husband is way too tall for it. To me, it seems max height for a comfy sleep would be 5’8”. Any taller and seems you would have to just let your feet hang off or keep your legs bent. Overall I am happy with my purchase. This cot is comfortable due to its mattress and springs. It folds up to a slim package and is very portable. It's easy to setup and put away. Most cots are way too long to take camping unless you have a huge tent, I’m 5’4” thus I don’t need the 75” or 78” ones. Even in a Gazelle T3 the edges have a tendency to rub against the walls and will eventually create a soft spot in the material. At 66 I still prefer tent camping which I do a lot but I can’t sleep on the floor or I’ll never get up, lol. In windy conditions I bring smaller tents but I still need to fit a cot and this standard size is perfect, I find it comfortable giving me storage under it and more space for my 2 dogs that aren’t small, I mostly solo camp with them, this way I can fit everything in my 2 or 3 men tent without touching the walls. I ordered this product because I needed a cot to sleep on sometimes at work. (I work long hours and overnights). The first time I ordered it came damaged, the second time the product was not the right product, but I ordered it a third time and I’m glad I did! This cot appears uncomfortable at first glance, but it is anything but. The cot has springs unlike most so it moves with you as you roll in your sleep. The mattress pad is not thick, but it doesn’t need to be! In my opinion, this cot is so comfortable and even alleviates my constant back pain when I use it. I’m a bigger girl so I got the big & tall version. It fits me just right. It would be nice to be wider, but for camping it would be just perfect. It is a little bulky to carry, but for me the comfort outweighs the negatives. ... show more
