Been using it for about 2 months on weekends to relax on a rocky beach. The structure of its feet allow chair to rest on uneven surfaces. Strong enough material to hold my girth, lol! Not the lightest chair but easy enough to carry around.

These are a good value for a beach chair at less than $30. They've withheld my 4 and 6 year old playing on them, so they're pretty sturdy as well. However, the downsides to them... you sit really low to the ground. The butt part is significantly lower than where your knees or thighs sit, so it feels kinda cramped. They're also not the easiest to fold. Camping chairs are easier, as these twist and turn and won't fold properly. You have to push it together just right. The last problem is the head rest. I'm short enough that I can lay my head back on the head rest, however, the fabric just folds back and your head falls with it. And my husband can't use the head rest at all because he's too tall (at 5'9"). If you're looking for a cheap beach chair to use a couple times a year, these would work. But, if you're a regular beach-goer, I would spend the extra money to get something more comfortable and easier to fold. ... show more

We've used these for a couple of beach trips over the last 2 years and they work great. Fold up easy and are comfortable. Just make sure you wash them out with regular water before you put them away after using them at the ocean for a week.

We bought these so we could throw them in a bag to take on a plane for a trip. Totally worth it! For the price, you get a good little beach chair. They sit low, and I mean very low to the ground. But we are the kind of people who like to sit up front on the water. If you have bad knees, these are not for you. They are very comfy though, fold up ok and clean up pretty easy. Im 6'4 210 and fit no problem. The things I did not like were mostly the cup holder and and they fold and un fold. the cup holder is junk, so do not expect anything special. If you really want the cup holder to work, go to your local hardware store, and buy a real washer and bigger screw, and it will serve its purpose! Second, the unfolding. These have two plastic parts that slide into each other, if you do not fold it out all the way, it will feel uncomfortable, so make sure you pay attention and you will be way more comfortable. Finally, one chair folded no problem, the other had a tendency to stick a little. Nothing that cannot be managed though. Both chairs survived a week at the beach with no rust, and went back in the carry bags no problem. For some small compact beach chairs, I say go for it. ... show more
