We took this to the Florida Keys for a three-night camping trip. We used it to set our portable grill on, which was this one: Cuisinart CGG-200 All-Foods 12,000-BTU Portable Outdoor Tabletop Propane Gas Grill (see uploaded photo above). The grill fit perfectly, and was at a great height to cook off of and to see what was cooking (I'm 6'1"). The table is very sturdy, and folds up nicely to fit inside a black carry case that comes with it. As others have mentioned, the two side tables are made of a sturdy cardboard of some sort, that is covered on the top with what seems to be water resistant material. Underneath, however, it seems to be a bit exposed. I took another reviewer's suggestion and sprayed the bottom of the side tables with a water sealant to better protect it. We've had no problems with warping, but then again, luckily for us it didn't rain while we were using it. Just in case, during the nighttime I covered the entire thing with a tarp. I really like this thing...it makes a nice kitchen area for the campsite and folds up to a reasonable size for what you get. It is not really what I would call light, but neither is it all that heavy. It is stable when set up and sets up quickly and easily. I expect to get quite a few years use out of it; if things change I will update the review. Thanks! ... show more

We got ours in today... I was quite surprised and pleased how heavy duty and sturdy this grilling table is. We looked at the Coleman version on line and watched a few videos and decided the Camco model was better for us; we liked the grilling table height and the aluminum top. I originally intended on doing the initial inspection when we received our Camco Grilling Table, however the wife insisted on letting her do it. The weight of the unit was a little intimidating for her (to get it out of the shipping box) although, once out, she unzipped the bag and had this table set up in about 30 seconds... and that's without reading the instructions. To quote her, "It's the easiest frigging thing I've ever put together!" The Unit opens up like a folding chair, snap on the top and drop in the middle shelf and you're done. No other assembly required! All in all, great design, and a great addition to our RV!!! Pros: - Sturdy design - Aluminum Top - Ease of use - Quick set up - Quick tear down - 2 side tables - Grilling tool hooks included - Paper towel hanger included - High quality storage/carry bag included Cons: - a little heavier than expected (but lighter could mean cheaper/less durable) ... show more

I purchased this item to use while camping. I was immediately pleased with this grilling table, as it is much sturdier and larger than I anticipated, yet still lightweight enough to easily carry. The storage bag is a nice plus as well. It unfolds very easily, and will be a good addition to our camping setup this coming summer. However, I am glad that I unpacked it right away, as when we set it up we immediately noticed a problem. One of the side tables was slanted, and it wouldn't stand up straight. We realized that one of the support bars (which have a curve at one end) was installed backwards, making the table itself effectively useless. The arms are bolted in place, so they cannot be removed by the user. I contacted Amazon for a replacement, and they were very responsive and speedy with their reply and with sending me a replacement table (which was shipped out prior to them receiving the returned item, which I appreciated). Overall, although the original item was assembled incorrectly, I am very happy with the replacement, and with the general size, sturdiness, and quality of the item. The mini grill pictured in the online photo seems to be very, very tiny, which gives an unrealistic impression of how much room there actually is on the tabletop. But I was pleased to note that the top itself (which is slotted for drainage) will fully support a standard size Coleman stove, and the side tables are also sturdy and certainly large enough for a simple weekend camping trip. ... show more

I purchased this as a deal of the day - super happy I did so. We are full-time RVers and trying to find a place to put my little Webber BBQ was frustrating. The park supplied picnic tables are either too far away, non-existant, or in the open so if inclement weather hits, my meal would be swimming. Now I can easily and quickly set up the table under our awning. The hooks allow for easy access to my grilling tools. The paper towel holder is ideal for keeping a roll nearby for spills and messy hands (testing BBQ chicken is a must in my opinion!), and the multiple shelves give plenty of room for my food, additional plates, and more. The top is VERY slippery as other reviewers have noted. I made the mistake of thinking I could just be super careful and nearly ended up with the dinner and hot briquets decorating the ground. I barely tapped the BBQ and it slid rapidly across the surface. Eek. Lesson learned - I am temporarily using a silicone rolling mat (for rolling out pie crusts and such) to keep things in place until I find a more permanent solution. The table is sturdy in spite of being so collapsible and time to set up is less than a minute. Open bag, remove table, pull to set up, install top. Done! Fits easily in our under trailer storage.
