Love Cole Haan shoes, super comfortable and stylish, great quality. Definitely order a size down, im usually a 13 in Nikes and sneakers, and the size 12 was slightly roomy but fits very well. Not sure about smaller sizes but my last pair fit great at 12

As per usual with Cole Haans, they look great, and they are made of quality materials. HOWEVER, for the first week or so, the top of the heel portion will blister where the leather strip meets the top of the shoe.
