I have been using this juicing machine for past couple months, but it’s so hard to operate, makes it difficult to get the job done. It gets stuck so much and it will not work until you get all the product out and try to fix it. This past week, I juiced and when I finished juicing, I was getting ready to clean it up and put it back and I noticed that I cannot get it to work no more. I feel like I wasted my money with this machine, I am very disappointed in this and I don’t know what to do to fix it this time, the parts are all stuck into the machine and will not work.

The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love this cold press juicer. It has a large capacity of pre-juice container instead of a chute. I can just toss fruit into at onece without constantly feeding it, which makes juicing so much convenient. The juicing rate is impressive too, I never thought one apple can produce a full cup of fresh juice! The pulp is completely dry and flavorless (yes, I even tasted it), so you know it extracts every last drop. The cleaning was a bit of a challenge at first, and I thought it would be a hassle, but then I discovered the little brush tool that comes with it. This handy brush makes all the difference, reaching into every hard-to-reach place for a thorough clean. Plus, all the parts are dishwasher safe, which is a huge bonus that saves me even more time. I use this juicer every day and highly recommend it.

This juicer is...uh...was fantastic. It did just as advertised. I loved it. Untiljust a week ago, after using it, I couldn't get the feeding container off. I tried twisting amd twisting. I don't know what happened, itvis completely stuck. I reach in the try and twist off and lift up the masticating device and it would not budge either. Tried as many ideas as I could find online but nothing worked. I didn't donamything like take it apart, but justvtwisting, turning, water as lubrication and sorts. It's been overba week and Ive only had for aboutba month. Now Im stuck consuming my fruit by mouth again. Now, I just look at when Ibpass by it and hope for another idea to pop up. Sad. I actually enjoyed it. Ingave it a 3 rating because ifbyoubgetva good ine, you'll really like it. Hopefully, many do not end up like mine.

This is the second one we’ve tried, but upon first use - even after watching the videos and connecting it properly - it shifts itself to a point where you can no longer get it a part or ever use it again. Not worth the money or time, do NOT buy.

This is the first juicer I've ever had, and I am very pleased with it. When I first received the product, I was intimidated by the size and the amount of parts, but it ended up being very self-explanatory. Ever since I got it, I have been using it every morning. So far I've tried a variety of fruits and vegetables like apples, pomegranates, pineapples, celery, cucumbers, and many others. The juicer has processed everything with ease and in an efficient manner. There is much less waste than I expected, and the cleanup is not that bad. The juicer comes with a small cleaning brush and is generally clean after applying some water to it, which seems pretty pare for the course. Overall, this is a very good juicer, and I will hopefully be using it for years to come.

I'm really impressed. Its ability to extract juice from fruits and vegetables without chopping is a big plus, and the performance is excellent—the juice comes out vibrant and almost pulp-free, which is just what I was looking for.
