The media could not be loaded. This juicer is easy to set up and use, but know that if something goes wrong, there is no contact or support information provided in the included documentation, despite stating that you should reach out to support with any issues. The included instructions look like they were written by an auto-translator or a first-year English student. The instructions caution you not to self-demolition or use any nuclear foods ...which is important to know. The setup is straightforward and intuitive, and there are alignment arrows printed on the feeder. One thing to note is that the juicer won't start unless the lid is fully closed. I thought for a minute that my switch had broken when it wouldn't start with a hopper full of fruits, but after noticing the spring under the lid that ran down to a pressure switch, I realized the lid needed to be fully closed and latched for the juicer to start. Once running, the auger pulls in fruits and vegetables, and I didn't even need to use the included plunger; everything just feeds on its own. The juice extraction is good, and as a test, I fed the pulp back in to see if more juice would come out, but the first pass got all the juice, with no additional juice being extracted on a second run. I found the juicer to be fast, efficient, and easy to clean. Everything disassembles quickly, and most parts can be reached easily. I did need to use a pipe cleaner to get some of the fruit out from the waste chute, but only in cases where very fibrous foods are juiced, such as pineapple and mango (be sure to remove the pit and cut up mangos). This juicer is easier to use and clean than the older one I had with a large spinning sifter. This setup uses a one-piece auger that pulls and presses food in one continuous motion. The auger itself is very well designed and makes short work of most fruits and vegetables. I was impressed with everything but the documentation, so I had to take a star off. Hopefully, the manufacturer can update the instructions and also add a means of contact if any issues need to be resolved.

Love how it doesn’t make that loud of a sound like older juicer have made. Installation was a little bit tricky, putting the parts together as the machine is very particular in order for it power on. I still feel like I got a decent amount of juice tho It was smidge pulpy, but I didn’t mind it and the pulp wasn’t as dry. Cleanup was easy and I like the sleek modern style of the juicer and the two apples juiced tasted great it works well and is efficient with a very nice design.

Hard to clean and disassemble. It's a real fight to pull everything apart and clean all the pieces. Notice all the stuff that gets stuck in there. Very time consuming. Yes, it makes the juice and its a cool concept, but there has to be a better design that wouldn't involve cleaning all these pieces. Very time consuming to clean and reassemble

OK, this is my first juicer and I had higher expectations on it's performance versus it's cost. When I got this juicer it was retailing for nearly $200 and now it's 40% less. I also see almost identical juices retailing for much less even with it's 40% off. I did some research on juicing and they do not recommend putting the whole citrus fruit in the juicer with the skin on like the pictures show on this product. The instructions also say to remove the skins so I do not know why they show it in the pictures? The skins will make the juice bitter and will lead to a shorter life span of the machine. Now, I can not get anywhere close to 99% juice from this machine. My trials yielded around 50% on heavier fruit like bananas and strawberries to around 60% to 70% on lemons and other citrus fruits which have a higher liquid concentration. The instructions are completely in English but still hard to read and will leave you wondering what they mean? The auger and it's encloser are made well and should last. The motor and it's enclosure is light duty and very large! I expected the motor to be similar to the food processor I have and it's not even close. The juice that it produces is more like a shake consistency and not juice. If I was to look for another juicer, I would want one with a smaller foot print as this takes up a lot of storage space and produces juice that I could probably make similar with my bullet or food processor.
