The media could not be loaded. I was initially happy to own a juicer that is easy to clean, but now I want to warn you: don’t buy it. I purchased this juicer on 8/23, and in less than three months of use, the machine is completely dead. It was problematic from the start, constantly having issues and frequently stopping mid-use. When I reached out to customer service, their response was frustrating and unhelpful—they claimed the juicer couldn’t handle “too much pressure” or needed time to rest, which is ridiculous for a product meant to blend fruits seamlessly. Even after following their suggested methods, the machine failed completely. To make matters worse, customer service refused to take any responsibility, offering only excuses instead of real solutions. This shows poor product reliability and an equally disappointing level of customer support. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for a reliable juicer and a company that stands by its products. Again, plz “avoid to buy this garbage “

Omg the best juicer ever! I have used many juicers, but this is the most convenient, slow juicer that I have ever used. You just fill up the bucket with all your delicious fruits, and the juice comes out. The best part is the juice stays underneath, and you can take it out and open the top whenever you want it's easy to clean easy to operate. Not as good as I thought as they claim it to be…. This is my second machine the first one I made a grave mistake by NOT cutting up my vegetables so the sent another one so I started cutting up my vegetables so the machine doesn’t get clogged and happens even when you do the right thing as cutting up the vegetables it still gets clogged and parts won’t come out. So I plan to buy a better product that tells you that vegetables don’t have to be chopped before juicing them.
