The quality of the material in this tub is average and sturdy. The set up was very simple and I was able to sit in the tub comfortable. So far, it has worked pretty well and have not experienced any leaks. Include is a top cover to keep your water clean and last longer. This an affordable tub that that gets the job done.

I'm not getting in this thing - I'll stick to heat stressing my body... however, this performed great for my wife, who wanted to reap the benefits of cold plunging. Plenty of studies on it, so not gonna dive into efficacy or how to use it. What needs to be said is that the product holds water without leaking, volume is quite good. I'm 6'2" and I could get into it with sufficient coverage. I will say, you have to scrunch up a bit, which it tough for my bad knee, but still doable. My wife, who is 5'7" can sit criss-cross applesauce in it and has some room. It's not the sturdiest thing, but we put ours on a concrete pad and it's fine - nice for us because it's next to our hose. Be aware, you'll need a fair bit of ice, so either source some bags from the store (relatively cheap) or like us, we have a fridge with a upper and lower ice maker. The tub is somewhat insulated, but don't expect to come out the next day and not have to reset the whole temp... it is just sufficiently insulated to keep the temp in the short period you're going to be using it. Obviously if you're a die hard cold plunger who does this every single day religiously, you'll probably eventually want to shell out the money for one of the more permanent, pricey, and feature rich products for this. However, if you're just exploring it, are super causal about it, are doing it mostly for the occasional sports soak (or your kid is), this is a great, cheap option that is sufficient.
