The manufacturer claims it's built differently from models that use poles. I don't know all the specifics, but this thing is really easy to set up for sure. Literally the only thing you need to do is to pump the tub ring a few times, and it stands up on its own—very stable, too. The size is generous, with plenty of space for someone my size (I'm 5'9"). It is insulated and was able to keep the cold in. Once we filled it, it was sturdy and held up quite well, very stable. Still working out the kinks as it has a small leak even after we followed the guide and did the set up.

It was easy to set up. I would recommend a powered air pump. One inflated and filled (1/2 full), I haven't noticed it to be leaning or leaking. Seems durable so far. Primarily used for muscle recovery from running.
