laser stopped working after 5 months, contacted seller multiple times, contacted peson he referred me to multiple times and no replacemnt or repair after 2 months of trying to get this issue resolved. If you need for medical reasons like I do, you probably should not purchase from this seller.

The battery has not needed to be charged yet my husband will do my feet and back. I do his back and shoulder. I have nerve issues and arthritis with fibromyalgia really works on my feet. I am only able to use it every 3 days on low power for 5 minutes. Everyone has to figure the power and time for themselves I think. My husband does high power 10 minutes.     • It really does relieve the pain
I bought to use on my back. Not the easiest place to use it. But have plenty of aches and pains in my thumbs, hip and butt that are easier to use. WHAT A DIFFERENCE. WOW. It does take the pain away and the more you use it, the longer the pain stays away. Working on ways to hit my back. I usually walk around as I really target the right spot in my hip and butt. Made a big difference dealing with my sciatica. At times I couldn't pick up a glass without pain. Since using the Lazer, no problem. Pain free for days. Easy to use, just turn it on and aim it at the target spot. It runs ten minutes and tells you when time is up. Charge lasts a long time. Can hit several spots several days without having to charge. Comes with the protective eyewear and nice heavy case. I made my own protective case for the Lazer out of an old sock. ... show more

    • Not Sure If It Provides Any Relief
While we have been using this device on my wife's upper back for over 2 weeks (2 X day) we are not sure if it is doing any good. She has not indicated any improvement in her pain. Its may be her particular condition or it may be a complete waste of money.

I wish this device were a bit cooler to touch the skin. I can only use it for ten minutes. But it seems to be working for my sciatica and back pain.

Got this to replace the expensive red light therapy at my vet for my american bulldogs. Appears to help after each treatment. He has more mobility.
