I have ordered three different kinds morning, night and the cold kicker because it’s about to be that season. My night one is goneeeeeeeeeee there is no need for no melatonin. When they say inhale and relax in the fragrant steam. But the cold kicker. Will open you up feels like I’m in a peppermint but it’s so calming. When I use any of them I honestly feel like I get majority of the effect the description says it will give. Also I love the sizes of course break them in pieces but that one half piece last my whole shower and sometimes still be some left. It is worth the price but I would buy the bundles they offer.     • Lovely smell but not strong enough
I ordered these while suffering from a terrible cough. I really enjoyed the fragrance but didn’t find it to be strong enough to help with any of my symptoms. I even tried using two but the strength was still light.
