Love this mug. It does exactly what I needed ut to do. Keep hot drinks hot and cold drinks cold. It's the perfect size for me and easy to hold. I have arthritis and have problems holding mugs. This one is covered with great material that makes it easier to hold. And the design is perfect as it has a ribbing around the mug that keeps it from slipping. I bought the smaller size because of the arthritis but it does come in a larger size.

I’ve been using this 12oz Insulated Coffee Travel Mug for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed by how well it performs. The vacuum insulation works exactly as advertised – hot drinks stay hot for hours, and cold drinks stay cold even longer. It’s perfect for my morning coffee or afternoon iced tea. Even after leaving it in my car for a couple of hours, my coffee was still steaming hot when I got back. This level of insulation is rare in travel mugs at this price point, and it definitely delivers. The only things I wasn’t thrilled about were the color and the lid design – they aren’t exactly my style. However, these are minor details that likely won’t bother most people. The lid still functions well and doesn’t leak, which is what matters most. Pros: - Exceptional insulation – Keeps drinks hot or cold for hours - Leakproof lid – No spills in my bag - Durable and reusable – Perfect for daily use Cons: - Color and lid design could be better (personal preference) If you’re looking for a reliable, well-insulated travel mug that keeps your drinks at the perfect temperature, this is an excellent choice. The lid screws on snuggly and hot beverage keeps about 3 hours. The cup is better for a large hand. The black band slips easily. I would not buy again but will try to use for awhile.

I do like the insulated coffee mug. I got the 17 oz. It does say in fine print on the bottom of the mug, that it is not microwavable, hand wash only, and stainless steel vacuum mug. It does stay hot and it never leaks if properly tightened. Since my Keurig machine holds 6, 8,10 and 12 oz, I usually fill it up to the maximum of 12 oz and add a 4 oz of cold water and it's just perfect to drink immediately. I like the gripper around the middle and it makes it easier to carry. I like to take this outside on the patio and not worry about it falling out of my hand. I have the green and it is just a beautiful color.

17 oz mug/orange Very smelly mug. The plastic smell wore off (mostly) after 4 days. But the "stainless steel" interior is awful still. Unappealing... Has a musty/moldy smell, but all I've put in it us water. Did not hold heat. Water just off a boil was tepid in 2 hours. Held cold really well (in a chillier room; don't know how would perform in heated ambient air). Moderately iced water stayed nicely cold for 9 hours. Indeed leak proof. Performed very well. Sturdy build. Nice rubber bottom for no marking. Opinion: -Drink port is good sized for not too much/too little. -Attractive color (melon) Not sure if I'll keep it bc of not holding heat very long. Better than a regular mug, tho. But the smell...
