I really appreciate that this bag is BIG, I got the 4Ft (122cm) x 4Ft (122cm). And it is indeed 4x4 ! It took 48 hours to fully expand and once it did I couldn’t tell what top or bottom or if that even matters even with the instructions. The cover was easy to put on and I love that it has handles and a little pocket I’m sure my kids are going to find right away . The foam filling is pretty stiff and I don’t really sink into it, making it a little tough to sit independently or upright . Like on a bench , a squishy bench . However , the cat, the dog , the kids and my husband have all sat on it and enjoyed it. The cover was actually really easy to put on, with an easy secure zipper, and maybe even a little loose. Because it is a little loose, it pulls and creases when you sit down as well. It’s high enough up that I don’t think it’s any different than a regular couch as far as suitability for kids. I’ll give it more time to soften up and report back in a month. These are just initial impressions. ... show more

Not a bean bag at all. Doesn’t even resemble a bean bag. filled with huge chunks of foam not beans. Not comfortable to sit in. Doesn’t conform to your body at all like in the picture. Would not recommend to anyone at any point in time. Expensive to start with. Extremely expensive when you consider it sucks and will be in the trash soon enough. The one positive thing I can say about this piece of Chinese junk is that my dog really likes it. After he wears it out it will be in the landfill. Another poor product. Apart from not being a beanbag chair, this is a great beanbag chair. Memory foam seems to be the standard filling now with so-called beanbag chairs. An old-style beanbag chair could instantly be molded to whatever shape you want. Memory foam, of course, gradually and semi-permanently conforms to one sitting/lying position. That said, i like this big, enveloping monster. I wanted a beanbag big enough for me and my 80-lb Chesapeake Bay Retriever and this fits the bill. Easily big enough for 2 or more people. The cover is soft and comfortable to the skin. The mem foam comes in a tightly compressed and heavy cylinder. Before you open it, put it inside the cover, otherwise you'll have a big awkward mess. It says to give it 24-48 hours to expand, but I found the expansion to be about 90%—plenty ready to sit in— within an hour or two. The expansion is excellent. It's going to be a bitch to move when the time comes, but I'll burn that bridge when I come to it. ... show more
