This arrived packaged very well. The glass is hefty. I used 4 of the reeds to use in a water closet. That was plenty as the fragrance was strong. It’s been awhile and is more subtle which I prefer. I did not turn the reeds over as suggested in directions. It has plenty of fragrance for the space. I think I would try a different fragrance next time but it’s still nice. ... show more

I bought this for my guest bedroom and it arrived the day of my guest who arrives this evening. The diffuser is beautiful and just what I was looking for but it came EMPTY without any scent and only had four sticks with the rose flowers as opposed to the eight it stated it would come with. I’m disappointed to say the least. $25 you’d think you would get the scent as well. Looks like other customers got it just fine. I went to go see if I could purchase the scent to arrive over night or this evening with prime and it wouldn’t even arrive to me until Tuesday. No point now ... show more
