This combination hoe and cultivator tool is a great design. I got the longer version and that was the smart way to go, because it is so versatile. You can actually make the handle three different lengths. Depending upon the job at hand, this really helps. The overall construction is very good. The handle is hollow, but the steel is very strong. It would take quite a bit of force to dent it or bend it. The stainless steel finish looks like it should hold up great. The head is solid and it cuts easily into the soil.
