I’ll keep this simple. I hated having to deal with propane and prefer the flavor of charcoal. I also cook small meals and it seems like a waste to stack charcoal, pour on the fuel and then wait 30 minutes to start cooking. These Cobb stones work perfectly. They light up and spread almost like a fuse. It’s fascinating to watch. Within 5-10 minutes they are ready to cook and last for two freakin hours! The product lived up to its claim! What I loved most, is that it did not require lighter fluid....A big plus for someone who is highly sensitive to fumes of any sort.
