This is so sturdy, takes up very little real estate, and is truly the perfect coat/towel/clothes rack. I bought this to use as a coat/hat rack in my entryway. Came back to buy another one to use as a towel rack in a guest bathroom... but it is not currently available as I post this review. That is a real bummer!     • Cute but damaged
I love the style of this but upon wrapping so very carefully, the black paint is chipped and you see silver. Also 1 of the round/hanger disc is bent and crooked!!!

    • Parts were easy to assemble.
I like the ease of assembly of the item, but I don’t think they should of used a stone for a base, it should of been the same material as the other parts.

This coat rack is suitable for small spaces and will fit with most decor, especially mid-century and minimalist profiles. Assembly was very easy, and it's sturdy and balanced. I was at first alarmed by a color streak on the base, but it's just the grain of the slate. There is plenty of opportunity with eight hooks, and you can use the top for hats.
