I usually wear a size 5, but ordered a 5 1/2 because there is no zipper and it made them easier to get on and off and it proved to be the right decision. The heel height was just right for me. I haven’t worn these yet so I will update after about durability and scuff resistance. Just got them. they are a rich, deep chocolate color , and even though they’re faux leather they look good. They are hard to get on at first no zipper, but I tell everyone I know buy shoe horns! Yes, they still make them and yes, they still work like they always did helps you not break the back of your shoe and makes it easy to get into ankle booties. Just walking around the house they loosened up and we’re comfortable to get in and out of. I always buy a half size up in all my booties and boots . I’m looking forward to wearing these and hopefully they will not scuff and wear well. I have many pairs of shoes so I won’t be wearing them every day but I will come back and update so far so good.!

Love the boots. If you have narrow feet, you'll probably want insoles since they are slippery inside. They look as pictured and seem comfortable enough. My issue was that I got a packed that was "reboxed in hassle free packaging because the original was damaged in transit" I haven't seen this before and only one of the boots was stuffed with the packaging to maintain boot shape. It seemed like someone maybe returned them in new condition and they were sold to me at normal price. I don't love that

My absolute favorite booties! They're super comfortable even for my wider feet. I wear them to work 8-10 hour days. Received a bunch of compliments on how they cute are as well. Would 10/10 purchase again. I purchased a size 7 and they fit perfectly.
