These glasses are so cute! Solid, thick plastic - I think they will be very durable, they don't feel flimsy at all. They are not heavy and look so fun and fashionable. As a fashion statement this glasses are all the rage for my daughter. She get compliments on how cute and studious she looks in her glasses. She is beautiful in them and out of them. They were worth the money because they make her feel good. No scratches she takes care of the glasses. Not ready to replace them yet. No eye strain she had an eye exam a few weeks ago. They function as an accessory. The weight is just right for her face. They lasted a while now no need to replace just yet. I got these bcuz I liked the look. I took them into my local vision place & they said they can't put prescription lenses in them bcuz of the slant on the front eye frames. Huge disappointment. I had to return them.
