The media could not be loaded. The Coach Tabby Shoulder Bag 20 is my favorite for a night out, or any occasion where I don’t need a bigger purse. It fits all of my essentials in and it very cute. The straps are adjustable which is one of my favorite features of this cute bag! The quality is very good as well.. I was surprised at the price. The bag arrived in a plastic bag. It did not even come with a coach dust bag. There are rips on the front flap and small rips around the bag. Looks like a used bag. It could be a beautiful bag very disappointed that there is no quality control before expensive items like this are shipped out to customers. I will return and purchase from the coach store directly ... show more

Beautiful bag omggggg ! I was pretty skeptical about ordering this due to not having reviews but it’s originally sold by coach, bag was perfectly packaged and lots of wraps to take care of the bag, it comes with a dust bag and all the original tags☺️highly recommend

This is a soft leather bag that is well made but the one I purchased had a small pin hole on the front right hand side near the clasp. At $395, I had to return and repurchased so I will let update review once I receive replacement bag. The hole shown in the photo was from the factory from a stitch that missed it's mark. The bag should have been flagged during inspection. Poor quality control on Coaches part. Update on 10/5, I received a replacement bag and it was good condition with just a small blemish on the bottom. However, with the cream or off white color like I purchased, they will show any defect so very happy with the bag. Amazon customer service was great during the entire process. ... show more
