I had this purse in my saved for later for weeks before I took the plunge. I'm so glad I finally bought it! The leather is so buttery soft but it's very sturdy, not floppy at all. I have had this as my daily for a couple of months, so far no scratches or dings even on the C buckle. The suede inside is soft but sturdy as well! It's not a big purse but it is still roomy inside and holds all of my stuff with room to spare. I love that the inside zippered pocket is on the opposite side than you usually find it, this makes it much easier to access that pocket while wearing the purse, usually have to put my purse down to get into that pocket but not with how it's placed in this bag. The outside zippered pocket doesn't hold an iphone pro max but does hold my smaller work iphone 12. The long strap is adjustable, I'm 5'10" and a big girl and it suits my larger frame very well. Itt also came with a smaller strap if I wanted to switch up how I carry it. I LOVE this bag, it's reminiscent of their 90's bags yet still modern. This will be a timeless classic. Already have this purse in Grey and couldn't find another grey so opted for the black. This is the most comfortable 'under the arm' purse I have owned++++it holds more items than you would think for the size--has lots of slots. The bag I received does not match the bag pictured. Something is wrong here and I can’t get anyone to take accountability why I was sent a cheaper bag than the one pictured. It’s not even close to what the bag pictured on the website looks like. This is not typical Coach quality.

How is no one talking about this bag?! This is the perfect casual-to-evening bag that can be used as a clutch, shoulder bag, and crossbody. The black metal “C” and chain is also subtle and sophisticated, making it easy to pair with any outfit regardless of metals/jewelry worn. Overall the bag looked good but the Coach logo tag was scuffed/looked dirty and there was a little black mark on the side of the bag. I saw a few other people also had defective bags. With the price you are paying for a Coach bag there should not be any marks. Disappointed and will be returning.
