Do Not buy this item "Used-like new". I did that at first and it was completely missing one shoulder strap. Just buy it brand new. I really love this bag. It is beautiful and high quality. I also waited for it to go on sale.

This bag was definitely returned. It has damage on the front by the C closure. It didn't come in original coach packaging. Such a shame! Coach and Amazon need to do better with such expensive products, note that it's used/returned and may have damage and discount the price! And for me, this is expensive. ... show more
