The leather is soft. It's not a big in size nor is it small size. You can fit quite bit of stuff in it. The color is beautiful and it's a luxury bag. The only con I have about this bag is the shipping.

This bag was definitely returned. It has damage on the front by the C closure. It didn't come in original coach packaging. Such a shame! Coach and Amazon need to do better with such expensive products, note that it's used/returned and may have damage and discount the price! And for me, this is expensive. ... show more

I am going to start out by saying why I gave this 4 out of 5 stars.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The box it came in was practically falling apart and I was sad not to see it in a dust bag. The bag was well wrapped in plastic but I was disappointed when I did not see a dust bag. Now the purse itself is beautiful! 😍 I bought it in the color “Buff” and I absolutely love it and already switched all my things over from my MK purse to this one.
